I’m very lived, Today, December 23 my husband went to the Burger King and asked if he could use the bathroom since the bathroom has combination lock ,he asked if someone could let him in. The manager of this location said to my husband that unless he bought something first she could not let him use the bathroom. My husband was going to eat there but needed with urgency to use the bathroom first, I’m very appalled by this , my husband has a medical condition.. He has diabetes and also has prostate issues, how could this manager be so inconsiderate that instead of letting him go to the bathroom, she preferred for him to go somewhere else, in my option this manager is a disgusting human who has no consideration for other people . This Company needs to teach your employees better manners since when does using the bathroom cost money.I would like a response to this. I’m very very upset ,if I don’t get a response, I will go above till I find who will listen to me and figure what kind of employees are so inconsiderate and do something about it.I’m deeply disappointed and appalled by the incident that occurred at the Burger King location on December 23rd. My husband, who has diabetes and prostate issues, visited the restaurant to eat and use the restroom. However, the manager refused to let him in unless he made a purchase. This is not only inconsiderate but also discriminatory based on his medical condition.
It is unacceptable for a manager to prioritize profit over the well-being of their customers. Using the bathroom is a basic human need, and it should not cost money. Read moreUnfortunately this is the nearest location to my house. I normaly dont write bad reviews but this last experience was just ugly in so many ways. We order 2 combo meals #2 and the chicken sandwich special order. 4 orders of the new spicy chiken nuggets all with Ranch & 2 large fries We get to the window my wife askes the cashier If its possible and not inconvenient to please chanve 1 of the fries to onion rings. The cashier named Tiarra rolls her eyes at her turns around and starts complaining to the person next to her. My wife tells her please if its any inconvenience please just leave it like that. Tiarra stars handing the order out to my wife wile stuffing napkins in the bag ,and my wife askes for ketchup and ranch please . Tiarra trows something in the bag ,My wife hands the bag to me and i look and its zezty sauce. She asked again please we do not need zezty sauce we need ranch. She starts to complain again to the person next to her. At this point we notice that its the store manager, she starts to charge me for ranch !! My wife tells her excuse me we order 4 orders of nuggets i should get 1 per order at least! The girl Tiarra keeps her ugly attitude by rolling her eyes and telling my wife she needs to order right next time. Yes my wife said you are a rude yough girl! Ok we had a bad experience wile purchasing lets forget about it and eat our food that we just spend over $30.00 we get home our order is wrong!!! We got a whopper instead of double and in top of it all the spicy nuggets were regular not spicy. Our food was cold our order was wrong and we had a bad experience!!!! Read moreThe rudest interaction I have ever had in a drive-thru! Didn't even get to order. The person clearly was not happy to be there. It was only 11am and they were not closed but the attitude I received seemed like it. I asked a simple question, if they could do the Jr Chicken in a Kids Meal. I got a blunt "No" like I had asked the worst question ever. So then I said I'm going to make my own then, which in my mind meant ordering a small fry and drink, which was immediately interrupted with "No, I just said we don't do that" in an irritated manner before I could even say what I meant. So then I brought it to their attention that the way they were talking was a little condescending and it turned into a literal argument to which the person clearly was unpleasant with me saying how blunt she sounded and I didn't appreciate it. Upon which I said you're making me feel like not even ordering and they were adamant at that point that I don't order and it wouldn't matter to them. I can understand a bad day, I can understand about to close, but what I can't understand is someone not checking themselves and actually turning me off from even ordering food with this company. I WILL NOT order here EVER again. Not that I'm worried that anyone cares as clearly stated by your employee. Also tried to call the establishment and there was no way to get through to a Manager as the phone was "busy" until they actually closed.
