I wish I could give zero stars.I pull around to the drive-through speaker as there was nobody in line. There was one car in line at the window. However nobody greeted me when I pulled up to the speaker. I gave it a couple minutes, But there was still no answer. So I say hello to see if maybe the speaker was broken And I got no response. The one car that was at the drive-through window finally pulls away, So I wait a few more seconds and I still got no greeting. So I so at this point I figured the speaker was broken and I pull up to the window. I asked the associate there who looked like she was potentially the manager. Her name was Rachel.She responded back very rude and with attitude said I was answering you by the time you pulled away and rolled her eyes. I could not believe this person was possibly in charge of an entire restaurant, let alone dealing with customers that way. She continued with the attitude as she begrudgingly took my order as if it were an inconvenience to her. When she was finally done and gave me the total, I handed her my credit card and she snatched it out of my hands. Handed me my drink without saying anything, rolled her eyes as she handed me my card back, and slammed the window closed as she turned her back on me. Eventually handed me my order, again without saying anything to me, and rolled her eyes yet again. After I got my order, before I could even finish saying thank you, she slams the drive through window yet again. Awful customer service! So walking in we were asked by an old African American gentleman wearing a vet hat .If we were going to order food when I said yes he rolled his eyes and the old lady with the short white curly hair was rude at the Register. Every time that I ordered a combo meal , she kept on asking me is that Every time that I had ordered a combo meal. She get old to ask me, is that all? So I ordered a total of three Como meals So I ordered a total of 3 combo meals. In two extra large fries Took forever to get the food because the lady wanted to blame that there was a shortage.of workers But yet african american gentleman that wears the vet hat , which is walking around just doing odd things and not even helping Took forever to get the food . But yet African American gentleman that wears the vet hat and the older white lady with white hair after she gave me my change she went over too the fries station and was throwing the cold fries back where they Scoop up the hot fries NO HAND WASHING AT ALL!!!!!!!!! AND NOT ONLY DID SHE DID ME SHE ALSO DID TOO OTHER CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT TOUCHING FOOD AFTER SHE DONE TOUCHING MONEY HELLOOOOOOOOOO!!! Had a coupon for the two whopper meals, mentioned that I had this coupon at the beginning when ordering. When I noticed the order price didn't match the coupon the cashier began to get an attitude and state that I never mentioned the coupon. She then proceeds to tell me to just pull forward to the window. Once at the window she begins to argue with me that I never mentioned the coupon...meanwhile I have a dash cam that records audio and video.
Instead of just putting the order in again with my coupon code, she continued to argue with me and asked if I could come inside. Why would I come inside when I specifically ordered through the drive-thru? The less than 5 minutes it would have taken to correct the order was apparently too much work for her. Didn't catch her name but she was missing teeth, had short, curly light colored hair, and was of older age.
I proceeded to leave as I could not trust them to not mess with my food after this. I will be contacting corporate and reporting this incident. Extremely inappropriate behavior for a fast...
