This is the worst franchise location I’ve ever been to. I used to go every day until I realize they are beyond rude and don’t respect the customers and this goes all the way up to the management Hector I believe the name is. So every morning I placed a mobile order at 5 in the morning so I could grab my large coffee and 2 danishes. There are two lovely ladies who say good morning every time I pull up and so I respond to them with the same energy. Ones name is Abigail I don’t recall the other young ladies name, however, I AM THE CUSTOMER AND I AM THE ONE SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY at this business. So I pull up one morning a lady came to the window and said my name obviously because I put the order in and then she said to me that the other people who work there don’t like when I come because I don’t say good morning to them first then she proceeded to let me know the regional even knows about this because they think it’s rude I don’t say good morning. FIRST OF ALL THEY SHOULD SAY GOOD MORNING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY ONE WHO DOES REPEAT BUSINESS. Second why should I go out of my way to say good morning if no one other than the two ladies who are polite say good morning and I respond. No I am the customer and I’m the one spending my money. Read moreThis has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I rarely frequent this establishment even though I am local and live less than 5 minutes from there. I have had guest visit me - my mom, aunt and cousin -over the last week and they love a good afternoon coffee. My mom visited 3 days in a row and went through the drive through for our 2 coffees and waited over 30 minutes each time. She mom noted that Isaiah was very friendly at the window, but the wait time is just unacceptable. My aunt arrived yesterday and went today to get myself and my cousin a coffee today and decided to go in to look at the merch. An order for 3 coffees took 40 minutes to receive. This is just unacceptable. She was furious when she returned home with the coffee as those working were mostly chatting with one another and not actually making the coffee. She noted that it seemed like social hour rather then work. There were more than enough workers to have made the drinks in less than 5 minutes. Twice now, I've been met with smiles and genuine conversation that goes beyond the surface level "how are you today?" On two separate occasions, two separate employees have asked me my name a second time, not for the coffee order, but at the window as we wait for the order to be fulfilled so that they can properly address me and have a friendly conversation. I honestly don't know how to put it into words, but the employees here at this location are amazing human beings and genuinely care and pay attention. Today, I was helped at the drive thru window by Jill and she was fantastic. Last time, I was helped by a gentleman whose name escapes me, but his husband is active duty military and currently deployed. We discussed his excitement about his husband's homecoming - truly just a gem of a human. Love this starbucks...
