SLOWEST clean juice Iāve ever been to. I donāt know if they need more workers, or a better system of making their food and smoothies, but likely BOTH. We ordered ahead and got there about ten mins later- we only ordered toast and a kid smoothie- the smoothie was ready and in the fridge but you have to flag someone down to even ask bc nobody is asking you what youāre waiting for. We waited another 25 minutes for toast. Twenty five!!!
A different location Iāve been to has a mini fridge on the counter for pick up orders and the front door is glass so you can see if yours is ready without interrupting the already turtle speed services. A pickup section would really help this place out. Itās like there is no system- a lot of people picking up different cups reading them and then setting them back down. Also to note, this isnāt a one off, this location is notoriously slow. Food and smoothies are usually good but youāre gonna be waiting for eternity...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSomewhat disappointed with the juice cleanse we just received. We ordered 2 two day cleanses on Saturday for a Sunday pick up. When we went to start on Monday, we were missing many of the juices we ordered. When i called to ask about the missing juices, we were told they are missing some of the juices so new ones were put in their place. The āreplacementā juices are not like the ones we were missing; and i was more disappointed they didnāt tell us they were out of the ones we had ordered when we picked it up (or offered a solution to make up for what was missing). Better communication would be nice when paying over $200 in juices. That said-the two i had so far taste very good, but i am upset by the ones...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed with this location. After planning ahead and ordering in advance for a cleanse, I arrive on the agreed pick-up date and time only to be told. Oops, we don't have all of the juices pressed and that they can only refund or if have to reschedule my cleanse. Very little remorse or concern that I planned my week around this or made my way to the location, when they had all my information to give me a heads up. After spending $50 more than I would have if I purchased online, with the purpose of purchasing "locally " & and being told "oops". I won't make that mistake again. Maybe use them for same day in store purchases, but def do not recommend...
