Corner Bar SoHo — Restaurant in Tampa

I was pretty trashed at corner bar during halloween, but I wouldn't go too far to say I was too trashed to safely get to my friends waiting for me on the other side of howard. Regardless, one of their employees went above and beyond on an extremely busy night and insisted that he walk me across the street. I'll admit it was a bit sus, especially since he was holding my hand the entire way with interlocked fingers, but hey he was pretty thicc so I let it ride. I did however really appreciate his concern for my general well being at the time. I was dressed up as an elderly grandmother and it was pretty convincing ngl, which might help explain his behavior, on god. I live in CT but have vacationed in Tampa, FL. I visited Corner Bar SoHo during my stay back in May of this year and I had the best service hands down by a bartender named Alivia. She was excellent. Attentive. Friendly. You can really tell just by watching this bartender serve many many drinks, how much experience she has under her belt. Customers aside from myself, regulars really, loved her and raved about her during conversations. Thank you Alivia for your amazing customer service and for leaving an awesome impression on my family and I. We will surely be back again next time we vacation. Significantly better than the horrible World of Beer that was there prior. For those who care, it's still just a Howard Ave bar but the food is good and service is great. Many friendly, attentive people behind the bar. Good rotation of DJs on Friday and Saturday nights. Dog friendly (our dog loves the people watching and pets) and you can relax with a cigar outside.
