Grove Soho — Restaurant in Tampa

Came in as a courier to pick up an order around 11:40 pm tonight. Was met by a big belligerent heavyset bald man with earrings who's first question is "do you want to explain why you're almost an hour late?" In my mind, I'm thinking what the hell is this guy talking about? But I explain to him I did not receive the order until after 11:30. He goes on and tries to show me the time on the tablet that shows the time the order was accepted. I attempt to explain to him that most likely another courier accepted the pickup and then cancelled it which the order is then forwarded and picked up by another courier who is close by in the area. He then proceeds to brush it off and talk out of his a** as if he knows how UberEats works. He claims he called me. which I had no missed calls. I've picked up plenty of orders in SoHo with no problem. I've came in here 2 other times to pick up orders with no problems so I'll give two stars just for that. Please revise who you have working for you because this place is great, I'm sure. But this guy tonight gives an absolute bad first impression for anyone coming in for the first time. The food was ok. Nothing to write home about. The pizza felt a little like a frozen pizza that you might get at a bowling alley. The Buffalo chicken dip was better, but still fairly greasy. Hard to find actual chicken in it. The pretzel bites were ok. Tiny side of cheese sauce for dipping. The thing that concerned me was the service. Everyone was very nice. I emphasize that because its important. I just feel like there was no structure. Everyone taking care of us was constantly saying that they thought the other person was helping us. We would have likely stayed longer and had a few more beers, but left because we were over tracking someone down. It seemed like the people at the actual bar got plenty of attention. It was a Monday night. Not slow, but certainly not busy. I might go again, but will definitely have a plan B in place if things start off...

I was at this bar last night and to be completely honest - I will not go back nor will I recommend this bar to anyone else. I was extremely taken back by the service I received by the blonde bartender working the small bar inside near the bathrooms. She was very rude to customers and had an attitude with almost everyone. She avoided serving people and would skip over them. I went to her and I waited 12 minutes for one drink along with a select others - while other people would walk up and get there drinks right away.
