It honestly sucks that i have to write this review because I was one of the first five people on opening day but the staff here simply aren’t trained and it causes major issues every time i come here. last time i came for a bogo promo during one of The first few weeks they were open, and none of the staff knew how to give me a Bogo promotion and charged me for both. I let it slide because I figured they had only been open a few weeks and some staff still needed some training on how the promotions work. However, I came back today super excited to use my birthday reward, hoping the same thing wouldn’t happen, but it did. I got up to the window knowing what I want and having my birthday tab on my phone ready to scan however, the girl at the window told me that ā€œshe was never trained on how to do a birthday rewardā€œ and it was ā€œa gamble whether or not it would charge me if I use my cardā€. I asked her if she seriously had nobody in the store who knew how to use a birthday reward because that’s the whole reason I came. she then had to call a manager on the phone while I was in the drive-through to ask him how to do the birthday reward… The whole interaction took almost 10 minutes And other cars began forming in a line behind me. Super unprofessional and...

This was my second time visiting, and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. The first time I came, I ordered two iced lattes (one classic & another with white mocha and coconut) and two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. The coffee was average, nothing to write home about and didn’t taste very strong, felt like there was hardly any caffeine in it. The sandwich upset my stomach for the rest of the day.

Still, I decided to give them another chance after seeing them promote their banana pudding matcha on Instagram which looked incredible. I ordered two, which came to $17, and honestly, it was the worst matcha I’ve ever had. The flavor was extremely bland, there was hardly any cold foam, and I could barely taste the matcha. It tasted like someone added a dash of banana syrup to whole milk that’s it.

I regularly make my own coffee and matcha at home, but every now and then, I like to treat myself. When I spend $17 on drinks, I expect something that at least tastes decent. This was so underwhelming that I ended up going home, adding more matcha and sweetener just to make it drinkable.

Overall, this place feels overhyped and overpriced. If they’re going to charge premium prices, they need to seriously step up...

A hidden gem in South Tampa! Jump Cup Coffee has completely elevated my morning routine. The coffee is outstanding — smooth, bold, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the difference in their coffee, sourcing beans directly from a small family farm in Guatemala. It feels good knowing you're supporting something sustainable and ethical too.

The service is lightning-fast and always friendly. Even during the morning rush, the drive-thru moves quickly, and the team never compromises on quality or kindness. It's clear they care about what they do.

The location is super convenient, right on the corner of Himes and Gandy — perfect for commuters or anyone on the go. I love that I can get premium coffee without even leaving my car.

Highly recommend Jump Cup to anyone looking for great coffee, amazing service, and unbeatable convenience. This place is a...

I stopped by Jump Cup today and accidentally chose curbside… which they don’t have (my bad šŸ˜‚). I definitely threw a wrench in the system, but Vanessa handled it like an absolute angel. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet about the whole thing; zero attitude, zero frustration, just pure customer service gold. Honestly, the experience with her alone would make me come back, especially when so many places can feel rushed or rude. Vanessa was the complete opposite; warm, helpful, and SO accommodating. And the coffee? Amazing. I got the Classic and it was literally a 15/10. Smooth, perfect flavor, no weird aftertaste… just really, really good coffee.
