The below review is for another Sonic but since this Sonic operates in the exact same way and we had the exact same problems with the exact same meals, I guess it’s still a relevant review for this location. In addition to the below review, at this Sonic, my girlfriend waited at this drive through just to order a shake and was sitting there for about ten minutes with no greeting and no one acknowledging that she was even waiting. This is the third Sonic that we have visited consistently over the past four months that can never get our order right. After the last time that we visited Sonic, before today, we swore that we would never go to Sonic again, even though we had 2 free meals at the Sonic in Tampa on Bearss Ave. But for some odd reason, we decided that we would try once more, give Sonic the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they messed up our order again, twice. We ordered the number 10 grilled with Fries and a Coke, a Number 12 with Fries and a coke and Chicken Toaster that they didn’t offer but decided that they would make it for us anyway. When we got our food, the chicken strips were old, the fries were old and both sandwiches were cooked incorrectly. There was no BBQ sauce in the bag and everything was cold. We got out and went up to the door to explain to them that our order was incorrect and stale. They offered to remake it for us, as usual but when they remade it, it was still wrong. Twenty-four dollars later, plus all the other monies that we’d spend in the past on incorrect orders must add up to more than $100 in dissatisfied lunches and dinners that I probably will never see again. The funny thing is, I was actually craving Sonic chicken tenders and toast today and to my demise, I hated it!!! Being that this doesn’t only happen at one location, Sonic as a whole needs to sit down with the people that man their stores and do some retraining on what customer service is...
Read moreThere were a lot of people who were parked & eating there as well as the steady flow of traffic in the drive-thru, but the wait time from ordering to getting your food was probably about 6-8mins and I think it took us that long bcuz we got milkshakes which were outrageous by the way I had peanutbutter and my cousin got strawberry,now let's discuss the food: we all decided on the chili cheese footlong with tater tots and a soft pretzel w/cheese for the dipping sauce,ok focus back to the hotdog it held up to every inch of being a footlong to actually exceeded the bun on both ends,they were not shy with the chili or cheese but for me the disappointing part was the actual taste of the hotdog. I could tell it wasn't beef and if your not a fan of the pork,chicken hotdog mix then you know the taste I'm referring to.🤢🤮. However the tater tots were fried perfectly and the soft pretzel had the kosher salt all over it which was to much for me and the cheese dipping sauce is way to salty gross. So all in all the service was excellent the employee working the drive-thru was so polite and sweet and all other employees had a job to do and they were doing it. GREAT JOB SONICS!!!👏👏👍🔥🔥🔥👑👑

Read morethe wait times here are never below 30 minutes and the employees are never nice. the cherry on top was to tonight when i came to pick up an order, i started at the stalls but after 10 minutes of waiting for an employee to acknowledge my existence, i scurried myself right over to the drive thru i waited there about 20 minutes to even get to the box. there it took another 10 minutes to get a quick be with you in a moment, then another 10 before they asked me what i wanted, in this time 3 cars were serviced. i told them i was there for a doordash and they let me through. another 5 minutes to get to the window where im told i have a doordash. he tells me that i have to be in a stall for doordashes (which i know is not true, because every time ive been here i had to resort to the drive through because i couldnt get service at the stalls) so i explained to him how i had already waited 10 minutes at the stall and in the middle of me talking he turns around (with the dramatic flair of a toddler throwing a tantrum) to get who i assume is his manager and said “can you deal with this?” manager comes over, i once again have to explain myself and she apologizes and says theyll be out shortly… a good 5 minutes shortly. moral of the story, if you want to wait close to an hour for food that is sub par please...
