This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.. I've been living in Tampa for over 20 years.. And when I tell you, the worst ever... I go through the drive through every time.. never used to because I always ask for my food fresh, I don't mind the wait... but I have been getting off lait night, and I live like 3 blocks away... and I never eat there until a week ago.. I went for 3 mc doubles with no PICKLES light add light mayo... 2 10 peace nugget, and a big Mack... I work 12 hours a day..... and a mango pineapple smoothie... I get it, and went home.. I could not believe the pulled off the PICKLES, you could see the ring on the cheese... and smelled like pickles, with no mayo..... I lost my appetite... and gave it to my nephew... 2nd day, no mayo.. I was starving, just ate it.. 3rd time, again.. PICKLES where pooled off my burger, I got posses because I bit into this one, and threw that one always an took everything back, and asked for a refund... 40 min later manger came out and told me did I have my bag with food.. Lol I explained to her the young lady at the window took my food.. about 15 min later manger comes out I can't refund you the burger you did not bring in.. I see the order is messed up.. but I don't know if you ate the other one.. mind you I got all the way home to eat my meal, and had to drive all the way back.. I've worked the fast food business before.. and this is not how you handle a situation where a customer paid for food, and got left over sandwiches, last time I checked it's against food safety to sale cold sandwich, and to pull things off when the asked for it not to be on it, just to rush the timer... This should have went down a different way.. and over that one sandwich, I Told all of my family, and we know go all the way to HILLSBOROUGH just to eat McDonald's... This was nasty, and unsanitary... those sandwich should have been re made.... if they made a mistake, and I feel like I should have gotten a full refund... I did not even want the food, because if they where capable of doing that who knows what else they would of done to my food.. all I am saying is stop hiring people for body's... This is wrong, because if I was allergic to PICKLES, more then a review would of been happening.. people are choosing your store to spend there hard working money... to get left overs.. no I'm sorry I just feel...
Read moreUpdate Feb 2024 African American Lunch Manager is totally disrespectful and non understanding. I don't have money to spend freely and struggling like half of America. I returned the next day because it took them two trips in a 15 minutes line and still couldn't cook me fresh food. I went the day and this manager would only give me one sandwich and was totally disrespectful when she wouldn't give me my money, fresh food or a receipt. I've had this issue with fresh food every time I come here. She was there one of the times. And there was a time they attempted 3 times and I said no to the forth give me my money back. But this is my last straw with this manager. No one has the right to be so petty and awful when we are supporting your business and your life. Some of us work very hard for our little bit of money.
This Ybor Mcdonalds is disgusting. The spanish manager with the red hair aka the witch (picture below)wants to argue at 6am for McDonalds mistake twice in the same week and blame me for not making sure my order is correct on the screen before I pull away to pay. That's now how this works. I tell you my order. You got two people messing around touching each other at the pay window and its my fault because you guys didn't take my order correctly... I've spent hundreds of dollars here in the last few months. Now I have a lot say and I'm getting the last word. This is also the same Mcdonalds that the SEMINOLE HEIGHTS SERIAL KILLER GAVE HIS GUN TO THE MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEES THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. GO inside the lobby trash everywhere and this place is never clean.... if you are going to eat here it's best to stay outside and order through drivethrough so you don't get disgusted and want to throw up. Take care everyone please be well and take...
Read moreMy recent visit to McDonald’s left me with mixed feelings, as I encountered both positive and concerning aspects during my time there.
First and foremost, I must commend the restaurant for its efficient service. Whether I was picking up a delivery order or grabbing a quick lunch in-store, the speed at which my orders were fulfilled was impressive. The staff demonstrated excellent teamwork and efficiency, ensuring that customers received their orders promptly.
Moreover, the food quality met my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. From the classic favorites to new menu offerings, McDonald’s delivered on taste and satisfaction, adding to the overall positive dining experience.
However, my visit was marred by an unsettling incident during my lunch break. While parked in the restaurant’s lot, someone attempted to break into my vehicle. Thankfully, due to my habit of always locking my car, the attempt was unsuccessful. Nevertheless, the incident left me feeling uneasy and raised concerns about the safety of the area surrounding the McDonald’s.
Despite this unfortunate event, I cannot fault the restaurant for the actions of others. However, it is essential for patrons to remain vigilant and take precautions, especially when leaving vehicles unattended.
In conclusion, while I appreciated the quick service and enjoyed the food at McDonald’s, I feel obligated to warn others about the safety concerns I encountered. It’s a reminder to always prioritize personal safety and take necessary precautions, even in seemingly secure...
