I don't understand how they made remade. All these new McDonald's, all new and fresh and looking clean and everything. And they've let 'em all just like they've let him go I go to go to use the bathroom, the toilet doesn't even flush, right? There's no soap dispenser, in the bigger bathroom, the restaurant in the lobby was completely dirty. The food everywhere food on tables None of the tables were wiped off. And I don't understand how they're making these building these McDonald's, making them look all new and modernized and and cool looking. But yet they can't even keep up with their bathrooms. Like, how do you not have a soap dispenser? The larger bathroom where you change your baby's diapers. How do you have a toilet that you have to sit there and push like 12 anywhere between 12 to 15 times just for the stuff to go down? That's unacceptable. All these McDonald's that are popping up everywhere. Look at all new and modernized, okay, but they're not being kept up with, they're not being maintained properly, and that's a big downfall. And as far as my food is concerned, I ask for extra fries in my happy meal. And I didn't get it only got one set of fries. And the type of job that I work, it takes me in different places, so I don't have time to be going back asking for you know, a credit or an extra fry, because I don't even live in that area, but some of my job sites are in that area, it's just a shame that all these new McDonald's that they've made And build to make them all new and modernized, and they can't even maintain clean acceptable standards. When it comes to their bathrooms, you guys really need to do something about this cause. This is ridiculous I don't know how many McDonald's I've been in. That's been built brand new And either their hand dryer doesn't work, they don't have any soap. The toilet doesn't flush? I mean, come on, you guys are supposed to have like a checklist for keeping the bathroom's clean. So why isn't any of this stuff being done? I've worked in fast food in retail almost my whole life. I know what it means to maintain a clean restroom. I mean, it's a joke Walking into the these new and improve McDonald's. They look all good on the inside and on the outside. When it comes to their bathrooms and they're their lobby areas full of food on the floor uh, food on tables tables, not wiped down. That, to me, is unacceptable, and why am I gonna sit there? And spend money with a company franchised or not If y'all can't even maintain your bathrooms and your lobby areas up to standard...
Read moreThis location is the closest to my home.....when I tell you every time and I mean every single time I am asked to pull into the "RESERVE"!! First, without an explanation nor an apology just a single "pointed finger" to the direction of the space. Did I mention, they attempt to give me some of the ordered food? Well, just now it happened again and told the items I ordered for my family are meals. "I don't want any of it.....meals consist of combinations, therefore bring it all together and "nicely" I might add. To make matters worse, at the time of the order there was no cars before me or behind me. Even added Apple Pies at the Pay window. While waiting, to receive my food, something said check your bag as I did, guess what? Apple Pies were NOT in the doggone bag. Therefore, I had to take my receipt go into the restaurant and handed my receipt to manager on duty and while explaining to her what occur she doesn't completely understand English!!!! NO APOLGY!!!!! OK.......You may ask why go to that location? I ask myself the same thing. Mind you, just 3 weeks ago, I ordered a McFlurry....just one freakin' McFlurry and was asked to pull to Reserve and I told the young lady "no ma'am NOT for no McFlurry....not for just one item and that same manager was standing behind the young lady and was looking "dumbfounded" and did not offer NOT...
Read moreMcDonald's is like having a love hate relationship. One trip they get your order right and you celebrate. Next 10 trips they mess it up and you're beating yourself up for giving them another chance. Sometimes it worth driving pass them and getting what you pay for versus the convenience of stopping by because they are closer. Don't get me wrong. Hot fries from McDonald's rock!! But lately that is like a mirage in a desert. You see the picture of prefect fries that scream at you to order but then you open your bag to limp cold long shapes of disappointment. It's like playing the lottery. You never know until you reach deep down in the bag for that first fry if your going to get lucky or if you pull out a weak imitation of what you thought you were going to get. You ponder turning around. You second guess your last minute decision to give them another chance just to realize you have made another poor choice in life. You hang your head in despair and finish your drive home. After you get out of the car you just throw the bag in the trashcan. No need to bring it in the house to share your shame of falling for another epic McDonalds failed trip. Right now my relationship with McDonalds is Complicated. Not sure if I can continue to give support when they are not even trying to...
