Kevin is great there, but the cashiers (both the ladies) are rude with no customer service knowledge. They acted like we were bothering them from their phone time and even making sighing sounds like we were making her do her job. The cashiers ( hopefully not management) need retraining or not even be there. Bad Christmas experience in the Fowler store due to these ladies. I went to Finish Line and was treated 100% much better. They were as kind and helpful as Kevin and even tried to go that extraordinary experience. I took them back to a different store and was told that I had to re-order them because they were out.
