Starbucks — Restaurant in Tampa

Horrible experience on Christmas no less. Waited over 30 minutes for coffee for my wife and I as they managed to provide service to everyone in front and in back of me and then cursed me out in Spanish when I expressed my discontent with their poor service. Barely made my flight because of this Starbucks. No apologies, no ownership of the lack of communication or teamwork, just an angry manager trying to justify poor planning, poor team management, poor communication and poor collaboration when I engaged them about the extremely long wait. I will never buy anything from this location again. I would recommend hiring people that want to work at the location, hiring a manager that knows how to build and manage teams and training staff not to openly discriminate against people and then curse them out when they are called...

Absolutely horrid. I am appalled at this location I have never experienced this type of customer service before. I am the only one standing in line the two associates are too busy chatting behind the registers to acknowledge me or say "I can take you right here," to order. I stand there staring at them, waiting for them to finish chatting amongst themselves. They never do. I walked away after about 2 minutes. The manager or whoever was stocking behind them in regular clothing never told them to take my order either. Horrible. Whoever works around 2:30-3pm on wednesdays should reflect on themselves. Stopped at this location for breakfast after clearing security. We order three drinks, two breakfast sandwiches and pumpkin loaf. The cold brew with sweet cream was the first unpleasant surprise. The preparer pour the cold brew, put it away, looked at the level and then added water before adding sweet cream. My daughter typically orders cold brew and we have never witnessed this.
