Horrible experience on Christmas no less. Waited over 30 minutes for coffee for my wife and I as they managed to provide service to everyone in front and in back of me and then cursed me out in Spanish when I expressed my discontent with their poor service. Barely made my flight because of this Starbucks. No apologies, no ownership of the lack of communication or teamwork, just an angry manager trying to justify poor planning, poor team management, poor communication and poor collaboration when I engaged them about the extremely long wait. I will never buy anything from this location again. I am the only one standing in line the two associates are too busy chatting behind the registers to acknowledge me or say "I can take you right here," to order. I stand there staring at them, waiting for them to finish chatting amongst themselves. They never do. I walked away after about 2 minutes. The cold brew with sweet cream was the first unpleasant surprise. The preparer pour the cold brew, put it away, looked at the level and then added water before adding sweet cream.
