Unique concept for a quick service food establishment in an airport. Let's start by saying, this is in an airport and airport pricing is higher. Yes, they are cooking to order so it takes a few minutes. Yes, people ordering in the line appear to never have ordered pizzas before which does slow the line down. For the food. It was a good pizza. Thin crispy crust. Made to order. Ability to customize. They use a pizza oven and the cooking time depends on the employee. The pizza is big enough for two people to enjoy and not be too full and try to carry on a pizza box. A sandwich was not ordered, so I cannot speak to the sandwich side. Kudos for getting a cook to order pizza place. Would a pizza by the slice New York style place with many pizzas out that just need to be warmed be more effective (for time and cost), sure. They prepare it from scratch and you can request any sort of customization… also, we asked them to not burn it (we didn’t see these reviews when we asked that, we always do) and they DID NOT burn it. I ordered the Pazzo Pazzo (meat pizza with onions and peppers) and it filled me up, but the ingredients weren't that good, it wasn't cooked well and fell apart easily (they cooked it for about 5 minutes in an oven), and overall not worth it for $17! Especially since the pizza was only big enough for one...
