Not the greatest, the food is typically mediocre at best but a good spot if you got to the airport 2 hours early. It was honestly the rudeness of the people that work there though that you may need know you have to put up with. I saw one bar back snap at a customer to ask his waiter to order another drink even though the customer was perfectly friendly about it. I was planning on ordering another drink and food, willing to be patient. As I was there it started to clear up but I realized even my own patience wasnāt going to cut it. I could tell by how long my drink went empty (without any kind of napkins) that it would be a while for anything else. I decided to leave after spending 50 min there for only one drink even though I let my server know that Iād be planning on ordering another drink and food still. I went up the bar to ask how much my drink was (since I planned on paying with cash and my sever was no where to be found). She snapped at me and said she didnāt know and that Iād have do ask my sever. I then asked if I could get my check there, to which she again snapped and said Iād have to ask my never with the worst attitude Iāve ever heard, strange for someone who has access to the computer and regularly checks people out but okay. Mind you by this point there were only 2 people at the bar. She then turns to the person sitting there and says āIām trying to be nice hereā Iām not sure sheās trying hard enough here. She might answer that question millions a times a day, but Iāve only ever been there 3 times in my life and MOST OTHER BARS have access to the bills at the bar and most other bar tenders know the basic cost of a drinkā sorry this bar is different and I had the audacity to ask. I may go back and see if this kind of attitude remainsā if not Iāll update by review but until then this is what I think people should know before going there. Took 8 minutes to get water to the table. I asked for no ice, she brought ice and when I said no ice again she was rude. When needing an extra cup she was rude Overcharged for salmon and didnāt tell she would charge as we were substituting for anchovies - just asked okay so if you donāt want anchovies - I can do salmon - and the salad was $11.50 and she charged $20.50. Didnāt clear our plates whatsoever and threw the check on our table. Never asked if we wanted more water. Was super nice to everyone around us. Lied someone was sitting next to us and yelled at us to move our bags. Restaurant was half empty. The entire restaurant was 30 percent full and there were other staff members. Gossiping around the corner with other waitresses instead of checking in.
Never asked how our food was - and was rude the entire time.
I am shocked at how bad the food service industry has gotten in the last year. This was probably the worst service and I ended up not leaving a tip, with how she carried herself. I feel bad but I also know that tip is an option and she didnāt deserve it.
Food was good, but service made it not worth it.
I also find it weird that I am reading a lot of reviews about how this might be a racist / Anti Asian establishment. I normally donāt go there, but I did notice her being extremely nice to everyone else, wishing them a great flight, and instead ignored us the entire time.

The server/ staff behind the counter was allowing special privileges to certain customers, they gave our order to another guest, which took over 40 min to arrive and time wasn't on our side, then the staff was talking about us, because of a order mix up by the staff, they gave our order to another customer, I totally understand people tend to be frustrated towards there end of shift. When I confronted the staff of my intentions, he involved other customers, which they had no purpose because they messed up the order. Other staff was mopping the floor and ignored me when i was trying to get his attention, I know he heard me, everything was deliberate, He just continued ignored anything I was saying, I told my girlfriend that our flight was canx and he stated now you have plenty of time, him unknowing the reasons I was travelling should never tell a customer that, We tried to canx the order but they refused, I am from Tampa and I'll never go back into this...
