I am Nigerian so finding west African food is hard. This food truck was amazing. I tried 4 different dishes because I was excited. The egusi soup was perfect. The right amount of spice and consistency. The Jollof rice was my favorite and I had it with fried snapper. Perfect!!! The okra soup was another fantastic meal. The okra was cooked down so that it caused it to be like draw soup which reminded me of home with the fufu. She provided gloves so if I wanted an authentic experience I could eat my soups with my hands or a fork/spoon. I tried the puff puff for desert. Very good service as she also took the time to explain the differences between items and she offered multiple meat options such as fish, chicken, turkey legs, beef or goat meat. The goat meat was tender and not too chewy. Just the way I like it. She deserves 5 stars for great food...

The best Authentic West African food in town hands down. Their food is always consistent. I use to drive 40 minutes to their restaurant location on waters Ave but when I found out they opened up a food truck on county line in New Tampa I was excited as it’s much closer to me. I was surprised to see they had allot of their restaurant menu items at the food truck. I got the Egusi soup with Goat meat and fufu and my girl had the Waykee with chicken. Beautiful people serving delicious food! ❤️ It was my first time ordering/eating West African food and it was amazing. Everyone was full of so much love which made the experience so much better! Highly recommend especially if you are interested in trying it for the first time. The peanut soup w/ goat & fufu was a 10 out of a 10🔥 Rice💣 .
