Five Guys — Restaurant in Tampa

Order was placed online, specifically requesting one burger to be made without mayonnaise. Of course, I did not check before leaving the restaurant that the order was made correctly. Get home to find out that mayonnaise was added to both burgers in the order. Had to return to restaurant to get burger remade. Was met by two different enployees, that were not seen at previous visit. Though the burger was remade, no I’m sorries we’re given. Just a simple, it was a mistake. So, fries are now cold for the entire order. My issue that I would like to point out is, this meal cost approximately $6 more than I would have paid at McDonalds for the same service that I would have expected to receive there.... but not from Five Guys!

The order taker was quick and friendly, didn't catch her name though. My husband and I ordered two hot dogs (don't come at me for getting hotdogs at a burger joint...) and we ordered ketchup, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms to go on top.

Our hot dogs only had ketchup and barely any onions. The mushrooms were missing. We waited for about 10 minutes while John and our order taker made our food. Then right before our order was up, another worker came out from the back and topped and wrapped our order.

I've never had any issues at this location before, so I was disappointed when we opened...

I don't have to tell you. You know how good the burgers and fries are here. 5 guys is worth being fat. It's better than being attractive and healthy. When u die, nobody, including u, is going to care if u had a six pack or not. Honestly, nobody cares while ur alive either and if they do it's useless unless it's someone who loves u anyway. If they love you, they will let u eat 5guys, so anyway....ok ok u can eat whatever u want just not whenever you want if u want a balance of health and happiness, but u could die tomorrow too, so go forth and figure it out, but get 5guys at least once or...
