PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
I order here yesterday 7-1-23 for an order for take out around 645pm. I was told on the phone by a younger sounding woman that it would be a forty minute wait for pick up, being in a good mood i thought nothing of the wait. When i ordered from the menu i was disappointed that the “hong kong waffles” were not available on a saturday! I get supply and demand but why put it on the menu if u cant whip it up in forty minutes????? Anyways, these issues were all small and i was even willing to comply with it all.
After making my way to this restaurant, i get there, pay, grab the food n go. I notice that all my food is cold before i even get home. Mind you, I was told forty minutes, i arrived there and the food was already bagged up and smoothie already was made before i entered the store. This was something i was also willing to deal with, given that at least the food was good. But after opening the bag i realized that i ordered the fried banana dessert after being told there was no waffle, just to find that they not only messed the order up, but now ive been charged for this food that wasnt even warm when i picked it up and now it was missing items!! I have tried called the restaurant since yesterday night and the phone is “no longer in service”
Truly a disappointment for a place that is supposedly popular in Tampa area and so on and so fourth. Unfortunately i wont be coming back to a place that wont even accept their mistakes and try to resolve the issues. Truly a disappointment for a good establishment with so much potential. Phones down? Food cold? Missing items? Long wait? And for 45$ for a single entree and one appetizer, one dessert, one smoothie. (DESSERT NOT GIVEN) seriously a huge disappointment. Smoothie was watered down. And all for a measly five bucks these people ripped me off.

Read moreI want to start by saying, I'm black. I ordered several meals at this location totaling $82. Part of my order were two boba teas for which I paid an extra 95 cents for more bobas. When I arrived to pick up my order, I asked for a cup carrier—those brown cardboard cup holders—because I needed to manage my drinks along with a pho soup, and a bag containing two orders of dumplings, fried rice, and pad Thai. So basically, I had four items to carry and only two hands.
You know what the lady who handed me my food did? She cut the cardboard in half. In half. This cardboard needs its four bases to be fully stable, but she just snipped it off and handed it to me. My 6-year-old tried to help hold it and the other bag so I could manage my phone and the straws, and my wallet. And guess what? It all fell to the ground. She just stood there and watched as I scrambled to pick them up, with my son looking really puzzled at what just happened. I asked her for a full cup holder, instead she handed me a bag and pushed a receipt at me with a tip section asking if I wanted it. No thank you.
I walked out not fully realizing how angry I was until I got in the car. I was furious. Those boxes probably cost them 50 cents each. My meal was $82. They’ve made their profit off my order. I called them and spoke with someone, and they said the manager offered two free drinks as a solution. Free drinks? I don’t want free drinks, I want to be treated like a valued customer. Not subpar. You’re in the hospitality business; you should be looking out for what the customers need, anticipating those needs before they even have to ask.
But there I stood as she cut through the cardboard with a pair of blunt scissors. And now they’re offering free drinks to shut me up? I couldn’t believe the indignity. And let me be clear, I'm not making this about race, but I am a...
Read moreWe spent the day at Tampa Premier Outlet and was looking for some good Vietnamese food. Found this on Google ad decided to give it a chance since it had good reviews. I was skeptical of how authentic this place was because it had Pho, Poke, and Boba in the name. But once stepped in and I’d spoke with the waiters. I knew it was authentic. Saw the parents in the back and the kids ran up front. I had the Ha Long Bay pho special. The bowl came out and I’d thought it was small but I was wrong. The bowl was deep and everything was under it. Really good pho. My wife had the Ha Long Bay rice combo special. She said it was good but instead of the shrimp, it should have been a prawn. Our daughter had the Ha Long Bay Bun Thich nuong special. She said it was so good and finished the entire bowl. She never finish anything. Lol. I got the Vietnamese ice coffee and it was good but they brought out the coffee already mix. Wife had an avocado shake which was not on the menu. I have a couple of suggestions to the owner if they read this. To keep the authenticity of the Vietnamese culture. I suggest bringing the drip coffee out and let the guess experience it. This is what make it a Vietnamese coffee. Second is to use Vietnamese chili peppers or Thai peppers instead of jalapeños. Oh, we also ordered the banh mi with bbq pork and Vietnamese ham to go. We will eat it the...
