Subway — Restaurant in Tampa

This review is not about the food. This review is about terrible customer service. We came in at 10:17 pm After driving from Bush Gardens with a family of 8 hungry people. As we are getting in line the subway Representative tells me she cannot handle making food for 8 people and that she is going to close! I explained to her that Google says they close at 11:30 and she repeats I cannot cook 8 sandwiches there is to many of you guys and she starts shaking her head and complaining that we are to many people! BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are very patient people and we where not about to rush her specially because I know I have a large group. They fact that she turn my group away because it was 8 of us is what I can’t be alive. We ended up having to pick something else up. Point is she turned away over $100.00 of sales because she had a long day and she was stressed out. What does SUBWAY HAVE TO SAY...

I went in on a Monday and they have 6 inch meal deal that is Turkey and Ham. Well I ordered a turkey 6 inch ( I didnt read sign very well) and was charged $6.80. So I called and asked why I was overcharged and the ornery from the start girl working named Heather told me b/c I only ordered turkey. So I was charged an extra $3 b/c I didnt put ham on my sub. I work in the customer service industry and good customer service would of been her offering the ham option prior to me paying so I could save $3. Not only did she have an attitude, my bf sub was sup to be toasted and was freezing in the middle. Where she was making the subs was dirty and there were flies everywhere. Absolutley disgusting. I'm a frequent customer at this location. I have been several times during my lunch break from work. For some reason I always get an attitude from customer service making my sandwi, as if they don't feel like working today. I spend my hard earned money I don't understand why it's so hard to buy a sandwich at this location. Last straw was today I asked for the meal deal which was meatball sub. customer service said wait two minutes while they refill mayonnaise. I waited 25 minutes then she proceeds to say you want meatball sub right? I said yes then she makes me wait another 15 minutes at that point I cut my losses and walked out... I...
