If I could give zero stars I would. A group from my school came to this Subway yesterday around 45 minutes before closing. The man working there, named Lionel, flatly refused to take our orders, complaining that it would be "too much" and he "couldn't do it." We left the restaurant and decided to go to Sonic instead. 3 of us stayed, thinking that he could hopefully handle that. While making our food he was rude and uncooperative. He was sarcastic, asking if a friend of mine wanted lettuce in her salad. He refused to give my friend her cookie, because he put the order in incorrectly, and blamed it on "inventory." Additionally, the food smelled off and the vegetables were limp. All in all, I usually love Subway, but this specific employee has really put a damper on that. My husband went to pick up the food which was paid for online, the associate told my husband that they did not have stuff to make the wrap but offered him a sandwich in its place. My husband said this was for my daughter and she does not want a sandwich but asked for a refund. The associate said we can not give a refund and no manager is here to do so. He was told to come back the next day to get it taken care of. That night my husband wrote a review and was contacted by the franchise owner , Tony Kalia. Leaving food just randomly sit out on the counter is cross contamination which is a huge no in the food world. They left my sandwich sit after being "toasted" for almost 15 minutes while they argued with the disabled customer at the front of the line who simply wanted the soda cup she paid for and they refused it. I then offered to pay for it and they straight up told me I couldn't do that and she had to wait at the back of the line that now has 10 people in it because they are arguing with one customer.
