Poor customer service, I ordered my fiancĆ© and I some food and I get to the window pay for the food and she hand me the food I check the bag and I say hey miss Iām missing my two ranches and she say oh their $0.50 I say ok no problem I ordered them back at the speaker she proceeds to tell me sometimes they canāt hear and she didnāt charge me for them. I was a little annoyed but didnāt get really aggravated until I proceeded to say ok no problem I will just pay for them now it was only two of them that was needed so they came out to be $1 so I was getting ready to hand her my card and then she say oh no we donāt take cards for things under $3-5 I say well this is all I have because I didnāt have no more change in my car or purse to give her the $1. Instead of her saying donāt worry about it and give me the ranch she told me sorry she couldnāt take it so now Iām losing my patience Iām telling her how canāt you take it when I ordered it in the first place itās not my fault you didnāt hear me or your speaker didnāt pick it up she said Iām sorry I canāt help you. I said can I speak to a manager so the manager came I explained to her the issue and again instead of her saying Iām so sorry maāam and giving them to me she say we canāt take the card because we will be charged I said ok thatās not my fault she didnāt charge me even though I ordered them she said well Iām sorry I canāt take it. I very annoyingly told my fiancĆ© you will not have your ranch because these people has poor customer service I do not recommend && I will never go back...

Long version: Girlfriend and I were given the wrong food at the drive-through and didn't realize it until we got home. Called and offered to send pics of the food and the receipt for a refund. Was told no refunds under any circumstances and that I had to bring the food back - now. NO, we didn't feel like getting back in the car and driving back up there and waiting in line again. Asked to speak with the manager and was told by the employee that they'd have to call the manager because they weren't there, and that they'd call me back. Nobody called back, of course.
I took our uneaten food (minus some fries and part of one gyro) up there a couple of days later at lunchtime, explained to the manager there, and asked for a refund. Manager said they were the one working that night and that nobody told them anything about this. Gave me a refund, though.
Considering the fact that we didn't get the dinner we wanted that night, that we were blown off and lied to, and the hassle of having to drive back up there again to get a refund for an order that they screwed up - I thought it would be reasonable to ask for a freebie. Manager said no, and that I was lucky to even get a refund because they never give refunds. Their policy is to replace wrong orders, but never give money...

Yesterday we had some company and placed a big order via the ChowNow app from the Tampa Seminole Heights location. First of all, I showed up 10 minutes after the app told me to and the food was not ready to go. This was not the first time thatās happened. When I got home with the order we discovered that the order was wrong. The gyro that was supposed to be a salad was made into another sandwich. I checked the receipt and confirmed that we had ordered the salad. When I requested a refund or at least compensation via ChowNow, it was denied. You would think that someone at the restaurant or the app would want to make this right with longtime customers. I was also surprised to see some of the staff not wearing masks.
I donāt foresee us returning anytime soon.

As you can see, the owner reached out and asked me which location I was referring to. Uh.. the one I reviewed? When I tried to get back in touch with them via their website (since they did not leave contact info on the comment), I did not hear back. ChowNow gave me a $10 credit after enough...
