Chicken Pub and Cafe: A Crispy, Saucy Blessing
Chicken Pub and Cafe isn’t just dinner—it’s an emotional experience wrapped in golden, crispy magic. I went for the OG: original fried chicken with three sidekick sauces—sweet, garlic, and spicy. Basically, the chicken Avengers.
Was it a little pricey? Sure. But so is therapy, and honestly, this chicken healed me faster.
Even though I ordered it to-go, I made the mistake of smelling it in the car… which immediately turned into me eating a piece in the parking lot like some kind of flavor-deprived goblin. Worth it. That first bite was hot, crispy, and had just enough heat to remind me I’m still alive. A+.
Now, the drink—draft Asahi. My original plan was to sip it while waiting like a classy grown-up, but the staff had other plans. They handed it to me in what I can only describe as a futuristic beer-to-go “can” with a pop-top lid. It felt like I was cracking open a cold one... from the future. It was cold, refreshing, and made me feel like I had my life together for exactly five minutes.
Final thoughts: Chicken: elite. Sauces: mood-dependent, but all bangers. Beer in a plastic can? Why is no one else doing this??
10/10 would sneak bites in...

Read moreMy pastry chef gave our staff some to try last week, and I thought it was delicious. Came here yesterday with my boyfriend and enjoyed every bite of it! We had the dumplings which were crispy and filled. The spicy tteokbokki was wonderful and a good level of spice. Our favorite were the crispy chicken wings that came with 3 housemade sauces (spicy, sweet, and garlic). The garlic was our top choice out of the three but all were so tasty we had to ask for another round of sauces. We enjoyed the Cass beer, because chicken and beer is always a good combo. Highly recommend! Good atmosphere and...
