Mi Sazon — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

Loved the food, hated the service. When we got in there right off the bat I saw this Asian lady being very rude to the customer in front of us. You can tell she didn't wanna be there. When it was our turn to order (I ordered a Surf-N-Turf burrito), they ended up putting my shrimp in my boyfriend's burrito. Keep in mind they already wrapped my burrito. I told them that the shrimp was meant to be in mine. So they had to unwrap my burrito and hand picked the shrimp that they put in my bf's burrito, put it into my burrito and then re-wrap my burrito. Which then resulted in a torn burrito casing. Also it took them a long time to make my drink. The whole time the Asian lady was giving mean glares and mumbling things and talking alot of smack. The other staff were also annoyed with her behavior as she was getting upset over things and throwing utensils. I would give this less stars if the food wasn't good. I have been a fan of Mi Sazon since they opened. Although I normally enjoy their many unique & tasty burritos. On this visit, I ordered their Birria Beef tacos with cheese and cilantro. With side order of tortilla chips and hot salsa. I am comparing this to Maui Tacos's version. I find Mi Sazon's version much more tastier, and they include a cup of dipping sauce that make it delicious! Their tortilla chips taste like they're made from scratch, or they season them. As for salsa sauces? Always, my favorite is the hot salsa. It's not like the diluted versions I have tried. It's got body or thickness to that makes it perfect. Just left Mi Sazon. I've never been there before so I was looking at the menu with my family. They asked us what we wanted to order so my daughter ordered, then my other daughter, my husband and I was still looking. The guy behind the counter kept asking me what I wanted. Kept trying to rush me to order, so.....I started ordering, and before I could get it out my mouth he asked "anything else". He asked that a total of 12 times to me and my family, mind you, we were the ONLY ones in there. My kids got the nachos and they put them in a warmer and once she got them out they were COMPLETELY burnt.
