Okay, so I went there for lunch. I think I was there a grand total of maybe like 10-20 minutes tops, and I was very much unimpressed. First off it took a minute and a busser came and seated me. Next, there was barely any food! I got to try, maybe three things, but everything else was gone! And I still had to pay the nearly 30 bucks to eat when I got a few pieces of chicken and some rice.......... I had ONE plate! One plate for 30 bucks that's stealing. If it weren't for the fact, I'd get fired from job for not paying if anyone found I would have left without paying. The only reason that it gets 2 stars is because what I had actually tasted really good, and it was clean. Overall, yall need a more steady supply of food and more dessert options. Snow Monster is down the street. If I want ice cream, I'll go there. I will NOT be going here again, and I will certainly NOT recommend this place to others. Idk if the better business bureau needs a call or if the hotel it's attached to should be told, but either something needs to be done. So very...
Read moreA standard Chinese buffet restaurant. $30 without a senior discount. I was here with about eight others for dinner, and we all were not that impressed, some even disliked it greatly. There was nothing to rave about here regarding the food, as it was less quality than I was use to. If your on a family budget it's fine, you'll fill up and get your money worth. The staff was friendly though. The decor seemed dated and doesn't standout, the entrance and overall area is lacking in maintenance and proper up keep. From the street, you think this building was closed. You wouldn't come here if you didn't already know what to expect. Also to note, this was the only Chinese restaurant where I was charged for basic hot tea, and the tea was light and barely tea at all.
If you can afford it, it's better you spend ten dollars more per person and go to the Tsubaki hotel buffet, it's not a Chinese buffet but it's way superior quality food, ambiance, and experience. You will get your money's worth there and probably enjoy it far more. Sorry VIP, you need...
Read moreI will recommend this place for those who wish to have buffet of good food on a budget. It has 2 private rooms, lots of big tables, and the buffet has a balanced menu items of veggies, fish, beef, pork, salads, fruits, desserts, coffee, iced tea, siomai, sesame balls (they make the best), lumpia, wontons, etc. They also offer 15% senior citizen discount -- which brings down the price further. I don't hesitate to host gatherings here. They are fast in service too, and you don't see servers chatting at the expense of customers. For your next celebration, bring your family and...
