The Good Neighbor restaurant can be found in the Pia Marine hotel in upper Tumon former corridors. The restaurant is small and quaint, it has large windows that look into the pool that let light in for a making for very nice bright environment. The lunch buffet $12.95 + 10% service charge, with dinner entrees are all under $20. Not overly large buffet but is a nice internationally minded restaurant that is easy on the wallet. The dishes were very light and healthy tasting very fresh. The layout of the restaurant was nice for dates and families, service was spot on with everyone very attentive. Owner Pamela Huang worked the floor and was very friendly while her staff ensured all our needs were taken cared of.
