Mi Dahm Korean Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

It was my birthday yesterday so I wanted to check this place out since it had good google reviews. Disappointingly the service and food was underwhelming. I ordered the bulgogi soup and asked if there were vegetables in there and the lady said yes. Maybe I should have clarified "just vegetable" because it came with noodles and I didn't want noodles. Perhaps she was new because I asked her to tell me what was in the soup and she couldn't really tell me. I told them I didn't want the soup and ordered the beef short rib soup which only had vegetables in it. When the soup came out I was disappointed once again. There were 4 bones with very little meat on them. Barely any vegetables as well. Just a lot of soup.

I also ordered a vegetable soup that was supposed to come with two kinds of mushrooms. After I told them to take it back and redo it they brought it back looking the same and said they ran out of the mushrooms that are in the picture.

I had high expectations but in this case the google reviews did not tell...

The food was good but I would say that I had better. Perhaps my group didn't order the right dishes? The service on the other hand was well, let's just say that it was something else. First of all, we had to press the call button two times but even then we had to wait for a while. The food took awhile, I mean I understand that but the raw beef, rice and side dishes took awhile to come out. There wasn't even that many people in the restaurant or takeout orders. A table that came after got there meal first. None of the servers came to check if we need anything or if we were missing any orders. No one asked if we needed refills. The previously mentioned table's plates didn't even got clear straight away which usually would be clear right away. One of the servers was just standing around chatting. It seem that they were understaffed, but it wasn't busy after a while. It was disappointing, especially after hearing that it's a great place to go to for...

We ordered the 70$ combo platter and the customer service was terrible. The server told us that the the sides were unlimited with that meal which prompted us to get the expensive platter. Later on after finishing up the very small side portions, we overheard the manager tell the server to only give us one refill on the side. Through out the entire sit down meal no one came to check on us once without us walking up and physically tapping one of the servers on the shoulder. With a 13 table restaurant and only 5 tables occupied, I'd expect better service. The restaurant was clean but service was unacceptable.

The food was mediocre, and customer service needs an overhaul. We were pleasant from the start, smiling and excited for the meal, but not once were our waters refilled or checked on for anything.

With regards to the price, environment, customer service, and overall experience, I would not recommend...
