Aloha! I will not and never recommend JP Superstore to anyone! I received a complimentary gift certificate from Hit Radio 100 (along with a GC for Rootz Hill's Grillhouse). Both read "Expires 9/30/2024". I went to the store on Monday, 9/30/2025 at about 715PM and I was greeted by a polite store associate. She asked if needed help. I gave her the gc and asked how to go about using it. That associate came back and said that I could not use it because it expired. And she checked with the manager. Really? Expires 9/30/2024 as I understand means one can use the GC until that date by the end of the business day. So it should be okay to use on 9/30 before closing. I talked to the manager (unfortunately I did.not get her name). She was cold and with no personality. I questioned her about why I couldn't use it when it was still 9/30/2024. She replied it's expired, it expired today. She continued to tell me that I should have used the GC by 9/29/2024. I walked away and told her that I live in Hawaii and I'd make sure to NOT recommend shopping at JP Superstore. She.is in the wrong line of business! I proceeded to Rootz Hill's Grillhouse where I was able.to use the GC that I had won from the morning trivia. I asked the kind hostess who sat us. This GC expires 9/30/2024 which is today. Can I use it? She said definitely, it expires today and you can use it today! I told her about the ignorant and cold manager at JP Superstore who denied me using that GC that expires 9/30/2024. She kindly apologized for that happening, I told her thanks but it wasn't her fault. JP Superstore you truly need to educate that female manager! Expires/expiration means the date printed is included in being able to use it, not the date/day before! I'm one very...
ย ย ย Read moreAmazing hospitality! Great customer service. We flew in for a quick turnaround trip and met Aunty Rose, such a beautiful, warm and friendly woman. We had a list of local Guam favorites that we needed to gather to bring back with us that she was familiar with. She even offered to pick up the items for us on her personal time. She also recommended restaurants nearby that we could experience being first timers on the island. She made us feel as though we were home in our islands of Hawaii. Priceless memory for us and definitely a lifetime friend. We were blessed by her gracious hospitality and thankful we met her. We love Guam! Two Island girls from HawaiiโฆWendy &...

Seemed like she didn't trust us in the store and asked for my passport when I wanted to use my card to pay (first time in my 5 days shopping here). She even wanted me to confirm that it was my card, after checking my passport. Please make the shopping experience less traumatising and...
