If the Owner see’s this it would be a blessing, This is absolutely ridiculous over the past 6 months i’ve pulled up to the drive through between the hours of 12am-4am and almost every single time there is some kind of excuse used, along with something said along the lines of “are you willing to wait 40-50 minutes or more for service” and when i say yes, the cashier is obviously stunned, and then just tells me to place my order then and there, and i get my food immediately, another thing is that they will say is that our card reader is not working and we’re only accepting cash, and when i announce that i have cash they will not reply to anything on the intercom, and ignore any kind of spoken word. Twice i’ve pulled up and there was an announcement that they were doing inventory and food wont be available for another 3 hours, I understand things like this happen, but not on a nightly or even weekly occurrence should this be happening, if you’re going to advertise for a 24 drive through I sincerely would appreciate if it was true to its word. I love jack in the box’s food but i really am dissatisfied and very disappointed with my availability to get the food at all, as well as how i am treated as a customer. I appreciate if at all someone could please mention something to the staff, or even hire more staff to at least reduce the amount of times things like this...
Read moreThe Dededo branch is disappointing, I had to clean my own table, I paid for a fountain drink with my order yet I need to have them refill it, Why is the fountain drinks not working from the outside? When I do take out by the time I get home food is cold, I literally go inside to make my order just to make sure it's correct. Sometimes the food really looks worse than it's advertised and they are not made fresh to order, Jack A* on the Box over priced food, that has McDonald's Quality junk on taste but enticing pictures. I did a receipt survey and literally failed Dededo franchise. Too many young people working there, customers who pay almost $3 for fountain drink should be able to use the customer fountain drink area station, what Jack A* in the box is controlling people's amount of drinks now? Have your dining area cleaned for customers that would like to dine in and uhmm some people are tall, or a bit stocky why are the chairs so close to the table ? Some are permanently mounted... For the price your franchise's sale your products its quality should be even better. That's why I rarely want to eat there... I am just 1 but I am sure there...

As a patron of Jack In The Box, I found it disappointing that I experienced a situation that could have been avoided. Around 2AM, I was hoping to grab an early morning meal on my way home, so I turned into your location near Docomo Pacific. It started to rain hard — mind you, my window can’t roll down so as I drove up to the speaker and I found it difficult to order since the rain was pouring harder and coming into my car. So I went ahead and told myself to order at the window instead. As I drove up to the window, I informed the young male employee of my situation & he informed me that they were busy, which is understandable. However, I was just there to order a meal but the young man insisted that I drive around again and order with my door open. I ended up leaving. As someone who has worked in fast food, I understand the struggle. I don’t expect anything except for that I do not want this happening to other patrons in the future, so please do address this matter with your staff. Thank you.
