Put in a mobile order and showed up 22 minutes later. I found five orders completed and waiting that we all taken about 10 minutes after my order. They were very busy, which I understand, but I just wanted to make sure that I didn't miss order something or they weren't out of something but when I tried asking questions, I was met with frustration and dismissal. I was talked over with an increased volume and assured that there's only three of them. Are you gonna ask? I just wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with the order or nothing was out and I was dismissed again and told their training someone new. I tried saying I don't think you're understanding my question. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't order something wrong because there were so many other drinks taken after mine that were already completed. The short loud girl then told me I need to calm down and stop yelling (which I was not). Then she apologized to the customers that they "had to listen to me". I was dismissed belittled and embarrassed. And then told after I nastily got handed my drinks that she hopes I enjoy the rest of my vacation. Well I live here and have for quite a few years. Read moreI went here to pick up an order for a large group of people. As I arrived the workers told me that they didn’t have eggs for any of the sandwiches. Understandable but it should have been advertised on the app that there were no eggs. Then they told me they didn’t have lemonade for the refreshers. Should have been on the app. Then as I received the drinks and food I asked if they had large straws for the large drinks. They said no and I asked the woman why she would make the large drinks without the large straws and what she expected me to do. She told me off and she just said to drink with the small straws. No large straws is fine but then as I came back inside I hear the woman talking about me to her other coworkers. I asked her to not talk about me as I’m behind her and she told me she doesn’t care about talking about me. Then I came back in again after putting drinks in the car and I hear different people arguing with the same woman saying asking why the workers were talking about them. Read moreI unfortunately have gone here many days per week for the past several years. You need to expect to spend at least 10 minutes waiting whether they are busy or not. Any drink you order that deviates from “large regular” will be met with confusion and you’ll need to repeat it several times (they’ll get it wrong either way so don’t bother). You’ll need to talk very slowly. It will feel like it’s their first day and you’re the first customer they’ve ever interacted with. Sandwiches are always over cooked. Orders are often incorrect and they’ll treat you like it’s your fault if you say anything. They never give napkins and you’ll often have to beg for a straw for your drink. I’ve been going to dunks for 35 years all along the east coast and can say with certainty that this is by far the slowest and most incompetent one you will encounter.
