I visited Agora yesterday to purchase some items and have never experienced such harassment and rudeness in my life. The owner asked what nationality I was and began screaming and insulting me about my nationality after I kindly responded. I am absolutely horrified that I was attacked in this manner while supporting this small business with my money. I cant believe there are people in today’s modern world that hold such anger and ugliness in them over ridiculous things. I live in Tarpon and recall assisting an elderly family member of this family when they got lost in the park, leading them to their front door to safety. Did I ask what nationality she was? We have been making purchases from them for about a decade, traveling from Tampa to Tarpon Springs specifically to purchase Greek imported specialty items. The quality and service are top notch. In recent years, the store had to be re-built from scratch due to two devastating hurricanes.
