Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Taunton

I dont give negative Google reviews.. but I have to on this one. Now I understand that its partly my fault that I only had a hundred dollar bill. Buuuuut. I order from this place sometimes 3x a week. I get home late and dont feel like cooking.

Well tonight I had ordered two pastas and a drink. I realized I had a hundred dollar bill and dont have my CC available.

Delivery guy did not have change we had to figure out what to do.

I told him I could go take care of the bill tmrw cause I do frequent the place. We both were like yeah prolly not.

We called store and proposed same ...told them how much I go there and this was the last delivery of the night. The food was prolly gonna get thrown away. They said they cant leave the food. I did have 13 dollars and asked if I could pay the 13 dollars and use the free pizza I earned to pay the rest of the bill. Even suggested I use the free pizza that I earned and even go in and pay balance.

No go by the manager. From the rude people on the phone and some of the slow service here...I will never order here...

I placed my order on the phone app and waited until I was notified that it was ready before I left to pick it up. I can see the Domino's sign from my livingroom window, so it takes about 2 minutes to get there. By the time I got there to pick up my order, it was gone. They said they couldn't find it and then someone from the kitchen said they let someone else take it because I hadn't picked it up yet. It was a total of about 5 minutes from the time I was notified my order was ready to the time I arrived at the counter to pick-up my food. I then had to wait an additional 8 minutes for them to replicate my order. When I finally got my food the manager had offered me a free pizza on my next visit and I accepted. The next time I ordered pizza I had to pay for it because the "free pizza" that was supposed to be listed under my name had been taken already. Not sure what kind of people are running this place but they like to give away other people's food. Beware...

Highly don’t recommend this dominos I order at 3:06 at 3:22 my food was being check for quality 4:17 my food had still yet to leave to be delivered I call and asked they said they only had one delivery driver and he’s still now back when placing my order it stated it would be here in 43-53 mintues I stated so my food gonna be cold by time it gets here manger stated no it’s in our warmer so my pizza been sitting in the warmer for a hour instead of waiting till closer to Time to make it there response was that’s how dominos works so making people pizza over a hour in advance for them to sit in a warm that’s lovely cancel my order and the manger was zero help and extremely rude and unprofessional (I’ve order plenty of time from other dominos and after my food is checked it leaves the store within...
