I stopped there. I was going to get an ice cream cake or something small for my kids birthday just to sing to her before we do her actual celebration. I ordered one of the cute little creature creations. I thought it was perfect. She's going to ring me up. She doesn't stick anything in the cup that would make it a creature creation. It's just a cup of ice cream I say. Can I get the decorations she goes? Oh you want that I'm like. Yeah it's for my kid.. so she gives me one the wrong one.. then I say don't I get one of those free crowns. It says right on the sign a free crown with every purchase she goes. No I had to walk her over to the sign and show her. Then she goes. No you would have had to pick the dragon or the wizard or something stupid I go. I did I go. So do you have any of them? Tonight I received terrible customer service. I ordered a large milkshake and I received a small milkshake I had only realized because of the total when I told the employee that he had only charged me for a small instead of a large he responded “wow. Can you ask him to make it I have to mop and sweep.” That is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate I was there before closing time and I do not feel that it is good customer service to rush out your customers while they are there still with plenty of time to spare before close. He ended up making up the rest of the shake, but even that tasted like he hadn’t added enough ingredients it tasted like...

Can never complain about ice cream, because truly you can never go wrong with it. The later you go to this place, the more like they are to be out of almost everything the average joe might want. For example, I went here about 7pm, wanted a Resses Cup sundae. But guess what, out of Reese's Cups. Also out of Oreos, marshmallow fluff, nuts, sprinkles, banana, caramel and chocolate chips. So what did I get you ask? I got a sundae with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce. Not the same but darn similar. Not always the case but just something to point out before you...
