As the previous manager from different stores I would like to the store as a one. If I could rate it zero I would. Now let's see my reason why I eated this business onone the food is not cooked, especially the breadsticks and the pizza is very doughy and very greasy and sometimes if you're lucky, you can get it burnt now for the service now that's a story on its own. It is very unprofessional. They look at you as if you don't know what you're actually wanting and they don't care if they get the order right or not. They don't smile or greet you at any cost. They don't wear gloves, hair nets and wash their hands or even changed their gloves when they touch unclean surfaces and money. I know what the sanitary rules are. You must wear hairnets gloves and change your gloves at all times when you touch unclean surfaces money or just take them off. For any reason you must change the gloves and not put the same ones back on forr any reason at all either, but the store doesn't seem to know that I will refuse to come back to Pizza Hut and I'm sure that I may not go to any Pizza Hut because of this Pizza Hut's unprofessional managed and unprofessional employees makes me think that all Pizza huts are like this one I think this Pizza Hut has just given other Pizza huts a bad name. We waited at least 20 minutes to have our order taken and once the order was taken by our waitress who,by the way had very poor people skills, it took another 30 mins for our pizza to arrive at our table...cold and with the incorrect toppings! We motioned for the waitress to inform her of this mistake. She came over, listened to our concerns, and said she had to help the new family that had just been seated and would deal with our matter in a few moments. We walked to the counter to speak with a manager,who gave us a credit for our entire order and stated that whenever we returned we could use that credit. SOOO today, we attempted to use that credit and was told by a manager that there was a 30 day window of opportunity for that credit and that there was nothing he could do about it. Read moreI spent nearly $80 including tips on a delivery order and still ended up missing items twice. First the wings were missing, then when they corrected that, my Cinnabons came with no frosting. I tipped two drivers because it wasn’t their fault, but this entire thing turned into a stressful ordeal just to eat dinner.
The store refused to send the corrected item with the second driver, even though he was still there. They gave me a $15 credit — and that credit doesn’t even show up in my account. So at this point, I spent more money, waited over an hour and a half, and never actually received what I paid for.
The drivers were great. The store and management are the real problem here. If they can’t provide basic accuracy, accountability, and customer support, they shouldn’t be delivering.
Extremely disappointed. I won’t be ordering from this location again! The pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. Totally not happy.
