Not only does this McDonald's consistently get your order incorrect, they also act as though it is your fault the order is incorrect. Now apparently they are thieves as well. A snippet of the email I have sent to corporate and the CEO of McDonald's.
"On that particular evening, I placed an order through the drive-thru and proceeded to the payment window to settle the bill. Despite my banking mobile app indicating that the charge was approved, the cashier repeatedly claimed that my card was declined. As a result, I found myself charged three times for different amounts, which I did not authorize or understand. The unauthorized charges were as follows: $43.87, $38.76, and $5.11. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I had to pay in cash, an additional $43.87 for my meal.
I asked to speak with the manager on duty, who assured me that the erroneous charges would fall off within 20 minutes. Regrettably, that did not happen. The following day, when I contacted the location, a female manager dismissed my concerns and stated that it was not her responsibility, advising me to take it up with my bank. Since then, I have tried to resolve this issue on multiple occasions, but I have been met with unhelpful responses, hung up on, and pushed away. Despite escalating the case numerous times, no one has reached out to me to address the matter.
As someone supporting a family, the total amount of $87.74, along with the $43.87 I paid in cash for my meal, is a substantial sum that I cannot afford to lose. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response from McDonald's, especially when I reached out for assistance through your website and social media channels.
I want to believe that McDonald's is committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining transparency with its patrons. However, the continued lack of communication leads me to suspect otherwise. I must express my concern that this situation seems to be more than a mere oversight, and it borders on deceptive business practices and theft."
Hoping that this issue is resolved soon as 3 months for a refund of products not received is...

I would like to take a moment to share my experience at the McDonald's in Taylor, Texas. This location often gets a bad rap, but I believe it's essential to recognize the hard work and dedication of the staff who consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
The team here is comprised of several outstanding employees who embody friendliness and professionalism. Whenever there is a mistake with an order, the staff immediately takes action to rectify the situation. They understand that life can be hectic, and it may not be feasible for customers to return right away. With remarkable efficiency, they ensure that any discrepancies are noted and resolved, allowing customers to return at their convenience to receive what they ordered.
I would especially like to highlight Augustine, who works the drive-through in the mornings. His infectious smile and outstanding service create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a positive experience. Augustine truly makes each customer feel valued and appreciated.

Read moreI generally like McDonald's, but I dislike this location quite a bit. Sure, they opened their dine in, but the dine in is terrible. It's very dirty and unorganized, random tables filled with junk and or trash from other restaurants. The employees do not seem to care very much. The drive thru is even worse. It takes an insane amount of time and the microphone to order is absolutely terrible, one experience I had went like this:
Speaker: hello, what can I get you. Me: Uh yeah, a Dr. Pepper Speaker: Hold on- Me: waits for another minute New speaker: hello what can I get you? Me: A Dr. Pepper? New speaker: Alright a medium fry.
The microphone is terrible and the speakers constantly mess up. I also had one time when 3 different people came on at different times and restarted my order each time, like out of a comedy movie.
One of my worst drive thru experiences was with my sister, as we pulled up the guy at the order window was extremely rude. He seemed to be with a girl who didn't look like she worked there, who was even more rude. They messed up our order several times including giving me the wrong drink twice and then gave us one sauce packet when we asked for more. After realizing my drink was wrong they asked us to pull up to the third window and we waited for around 10 minutes before we realized they didn't care and we drove off.
Oh yeah, the food can also be very undercooked, I once got a quarter pounder that was THIS pink (see attached photo)
So if you HAVE to get McDonald's, try this: Order take out, go inside, survive, get food, get out. That's the best...
