I ordered from the app and it told me to pick up at a certain time. When I walked in the building at that time, only 1 employee was to be found and he was busy making stuff. I didn't see my order sitting anywhere so after not being greeted or asked if I was ready to order or if I was picking up. I sat down, assuming that maybe he was working on my order. After he finished he called out a name, the people sitting in there came and got their stuff, then another lady walked in, and by this time another associate had come out and greeted the one who just walked in, took her order and went about her business. While I sat and watched and waited. Still my drinks not in site to even indicate that they were done. After 10 minutes. I walked to and stood there for a good 2 minutes before I was finally acknowledged and when I told her I placed an online, she told me that he was finishing up my bowl right then. I told her I didn't have a bowl and showed her my order. She then proceeded to tell me it's my fault that I didn't tell anyone I was there for an order, said I walked in and just sat down, and I told her she wasn't even anywhere to be seen when I walked in, cause I did stand there and wait, I sat down cause I'm injured with a Brace wrapped around my knee. The app tells you to do to pick up window. There is no sign indicating pick up window. The first and only associate I saw when I walked in saw me and knew I was there. My smoothie is pure water after the wait. Not sure when they made it but it was picked up a good 30 minutes after the order was placed, but I walked in the door at the time it told me to pick up at. Read moreThis Jamba is nothing like it used to be.. they used to be so excited and everyone working would greet you as soon as you walked in but now when we walked in the door the two ladies working looked at us as if we were bothering them and the one in the very shirt rudely says,”hey.” Then about 3 minutes of us waiting at the register never greeted or asked if we were ready to order the oddly highlighted haired girl walks up to the register and just stares at us.. so I say my order and after being told it’s $20 for 3 smalls mango a go’s I go to pay with my card and the girl calls up the grey shirt girl and they both stand there, whispering to each other and pointing at the computer.. never saying anything to me? Like is there an issue? Did your computer shutdown? Or are you on facebook!? Like girls lemme know. After a few seconds of this nonsense I ask if I should take my card out or??? She says yes can you do it again. So I did and at time I’m online with my bank making sure I’m not being double charged because I don’t know what these two weirdos are up to. Mind you, they’ve not communicated with me once throughout the whole thing, they only said something when I asked them a question.. They didn’t even say that it went through or anything, just handed me my receipt and kept their heads down. They have no customer service and they need better communication skills. However everything seems fine and our Jamba’s are good.. even though one is overfilled and the rest are under filled. I will be going to a different location...
Read moreThe Taylorsville location was wonderful to work with, Sarah (manager) and her staff were flawless. Our office wanted to cater in Jamba Juice for a meeting, so we contacted the location near us (Fort Union) but their number has not been working for nearly two days so we were able to get ahold of anyone– so we reached out to the Sandy location. After speaking with them, due to “Low staffing” they were unable to accommodate delivery and said the same about the Fort Union location (although I was never actually able to speak with them directly and it seemed that they were more unwilling than unable). Ultimately, I was told I would have to place the order on the website one drink at a time - and then go pick them up. In a final attempt, I reached out to the Taylorsville location and spoke with Sarah. She immediately agreed to deliver, and provided me an email address that I could send the drink order to! The drinks needed to arrive today at 10AM and they were here at 9:50am, the gentleman that delivered was VERY nice, and they had labeled each drink with the person’s name, which made it VERY easy to pass them out to everyone.
