This review is regarding the Pizza Hut on 4700 S 1929 W. I ordered a pizza for delivery with Extra Pepperoni. When it arrived, it had an average of one pepperoni per slice. I tried calling to explain the problem. I called ten times (not exaggeration). Each time the call was routed to a call center. Four times I was hung up on, five times I was told they would route me to the local store, only to end up back at the call center, one time I was supposedly routed to the 24/7 corporate number, which, of course, routed back to a call center. The reason I was told I would be routed to the corporate number? The local store’s phone number was disconnected. This about 20 minutes after having ordered from that store online.
I don’t know what is going on with this store or Pizza Hut in general. Obviously I will never order from them again. And to you, the pizza-buying public, be wary of this store and you had better hope your order is perfect because there is absolutely no recourse if it is otherwise. No recourse other than disputing the charge on your card, which is what I will be doing. I strongly suggest you order from some other company. Clearly this is terrible management and abysmal customer service all rolled into one deceptive package. Below is a picture of my “extra pepperoni” pizza.

Now you ask me to email you at some obvious catch-all email address and want very specific details? Perhaps you should read the full, one-star reviews of this store (of which there appear to be plenty) before firing off a "Reply" that is ill-informed and seems simply to be a way to appear concerned about a dissatisfied ex-customer. I'm done with this. Disputed the charges on my payment source (and won), found a MUCH better pizza delivery option, and put this behind me. Read moreCan't seem too keep it together. Last order we got 6 pizzas not a single one with the topings we orders and 4 pies heavy. I told the guy that wasnt ours and he should rush it to wherever orders 6 pizzas. He said he would be back with the forgotten Pepsi and tge right pizza. After 30 min. We looked out side to see all the pizzas and the one that was now cold and cardboard along with 6 he did not take and still no Pepsi. Guess its bak to kappa johns. Look fir the promos and codes. Makes its just as affordable a pizza fail... I mean hut. Over a year later! We had garbage again. Please do yourself the favor of staying away from 4700 South and 19 plus East pizza store. I've been told Barry is the manager I received hours late pizzas I asked for my refund was told I could have more pizza but no refund when I told them that was unacceptable they refuse to give me their corporate store number or any useful information. At which point I called the store six different times getting hung up on every time hoping to get maybe a real manager to speak with because this is ridiculous. I filed the complaint with the corporate office there after I would highly recommend closing this store because they do not show improvement and all they show is attitude for the customers that complain about their failures. Now the corporate office has my number they're welcome to refund my hundreds of dollars of pizzas that have been garbage. I came to pick up my order which I order from door dash for pick up the BIG DINNER BOX which I expect to see 3 different toppings, which I received a text that my order was ready for pick up… I get there and the cashier was insisting that my order was being delivered by Doordash , I told him my order was not delivery it was for pick up… without saying a word he exchange how upset he is with another employee and ignored the fact that my order was given to a door dash person and he heads to the back and slams all type of pots and pans in anger and does not return to communicate to me if he is replacing my order. Another staff began to prep my order and hands it to me with an apology after 20mins which I appreciate but he knew my order was paid online and asked me to pay after I told him twice I paid it online , here is my receipt. I realize that they were rushing to get off of work and was so upset that they gave my order away. Maybe if they confirm all the orders for pick up and delivery they wouldn’t have this issue. I get home and look at the order and he replace my dinner box with all cheese pizza… I wish I had looked at the order before I went home because I would have requested for a FULL REFUND, for the poor customer service .
