Burlington — Local services in Taylorsville

So this just opened up it's near my house 2 days ago I was there they close at 10:00 granite I got there at 9:25 I was literally the only person in the store! After multiple announcements literally every 3 minutes. At 10:02 I started heading towards the registers I literally got there at 10:01 the manager of all people told me she could not help me because I did not get there at 10:00 p.m. on the dot! I have many words but I'll keep it PG to say the least that is by far the worst thing I've ever heard in a retail department store especially one by a manager. Many times I have been in a store and as long as you're there inside the store I have never heard of them refusing to ring you up especially when you're literally the only one there and again it was 10:01! That is ridiculous and unheard of if I came in at 9 9:50 point is you do not refuse service to a customer because they didn't make it to the register right at 10:00 p.m. and where was one minute late I guess that means no serviceI tried reasoning with the woman and let her know I apologize I came from work I tried I was in here and there's nobody behind me or in front of me you don't have a line and you're trying to tell me that all your registers are shut down you can't I've never heard of any store doing that I've seen individuals that work at certain places be disgruntled and I totally get it and with all the respect I understand in every way shape and form but to tell somebody you can't help them at 10:01 I'm going to take it a little bit further because I feel like that was wrong on her part especially being a manager you don't refuse customers the right to I mean unless I did something wrong which I did and I left before I said something that would have been wrong! I would never go in the store again just for that reason I thought it was petty very Petty and just completely a waste of time a waste of time and the worst customer service I've ever received by a manager as long as that manager is there stay away you're not going to get anywhere but make sure you don't you're not even a half a second a split second beyond that time that's just...

Be prepared to wait in long lines for a while cause they only have 2 people on the registers and the line is almost all the way to back of store. It's completely ridiculous!!
