I went for some ice cream today, they said it wasn't available, that's all I could make it out in the loud rain. I asked for a milkshake another person took over and started talking in an inpatient manner. And so I asked for 2 glazed donuts. And another person took over and said "Drive up". In a tone you give order to someone. Interesting experience I understand the cooler or whatever it was is under repair. But you should still have patience and be calm to your customers. Disgusting experience at least don't put that last guy on line to converse with customers, not a tone you would like having service from. How did he even get a role in this place with that attitude. The guy at the start who received was amazing lots of patience and good with incorporating what the situation was to me and is understanding shows calmness and intelligence. Unfortunately I couldn't make out some parts because of the loud rain but good tone. But the last guy is a no no. Oh boy. Take some classes on how to talk to customers since you don't have innate charisma, don't worry that's what education and classes are for. Or ask the guy who received me at first. With his personality He will give you guides, links, helpful tips guess what he will do it all for free. Don't hesitate to ask him its your coworker make yourself and the workplace better by bettering your PERSONALITY equals happy or neutral people around you and career wise happy or satisfied customers. It will bring more awareness and understanding to you that you will be like "oh wow". Wish you good luck and the the second lady on the phone with an accent calling and looking down on me saying "Honey" awww how cute. That's how you speak to customers when you assume they didn't understand the situation what is up with this branch. Well they got the presentation and start up right if only they didn't switch the person talking to me 2 times Just maintain with the first one (receiver-who takes drive thru orders) please for the customers. Thanks for...
Read moreI live close by so this is where I would stop if I was passing by. Each time I come something is messed up. They either don’t make my order right, or the food taste weird. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and it tasted like fish and tomatoes. Not only is it always a mess up but getting it fixed is a pain. It’s constantly slow and their drinks never come with sugar. I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew with milk and everywhere I’ve ordered from they already had the sugar and foam in it because that’s what comes with the drink. Today I was just handed a container of cream basically. While it’s no issue suggesting something simple like foam is added it should be in the drink already. When I said it was just cream, I meant it. There wasn’t even sugar in it so the drink was extremely bitter. The workers seem to be in a rush and always skip something. They also seem very opposed to having to do their job when they screw up orders. When I opened my drink so I can stir it better with my straw incase there was sugar and it just needed to be mixed, the foam I requested was just sprayed in the top of the container in an effort to make my drink look right but the rest of the foam? Not there. This place always skips out on certain parts of certain items. If it’s a drink they skip the whipped cream or foam or even the sugar. Something either taste funny or isn’t done right. You can over look certain things but when it’s every time you go through that you can drive through because it’s the closest place you can stop and get something to eat on your way out because you forgot to eat breakfast, and you already know you’ll be disappointed it’s an issue. Would not recommend, don’t go here unless you love...
Read moreInstead of remodeling this place they should have bulldozed it and built a STARBUCKS!!! I thought this location got better. WRONG. How is it I'm in there on a Sunday morning at 8:30 and you run out of coffee??? Are you kidding! The only thing available was espresso based drinks. Begrudgingly I ordered one. I specifically asked for it to be extra hot. I get back into my car, drive away and it's just warm. I walked into the Bagel Twist on Queen Anne and DeGraw, asked them to throw out my latte and got a coffee. They actually gave it to me for free which I was so grateful for. A week or so before today I got a coffee and they ran out of skim milk. I told the girl just give me regular milk. I leave, taste my coffee which tasted funny. I look at my receipt, she gave me oat milk and charged me .50 for it. Rediculous!!
This was my initial review from last year. This is THE worst location. They will actually lock their doors so you only use the drive through. Which angers the Teaneck Police Department because cars start lining up in the street. Also, when you order ahead, make sure you give them a 10 minute head start. Slow slow slow. Former owner had this place running like clock work. The new owners (for a few years now) don't...
