F4L Juice Cleanse — Restaurant in Teaneck Township

I am so obsessed with F4L Juice cleanse.. When the pandemic hit I noticed I had gained a couple of pounds and wanted to reset my system before I reintroduced eating clean. I came across their Instagram page. I was a bit hesitant bcuz come on how can you make cleansing juices taste good but I decided to give it a chance. Their customer service via DM was very professional and knowledgeable. They shipped my juices immediately, two day delivery. The juices were nicely packaged. My juices came cool and ready to drink, let’s not forget to mention their free ginger shots were so good. While everyone was doing those tik tok challenges I did a 5 day all juice challenge. It was hard BUT thankfully the juices taste so good I didn’t mind missing out on a meal esp the coconut juice. Let’s not forget to mention I lose 11lbs in 5 days and it helped restart my health journey. Since then I’ve order multiple times and have had many friends jump on the band wagon. One thing I can honestly say about F4L that no other company does, they stay in touch with their customers and celebrate their progress. This place has great food and juices, but the customer service is TERRIBLE! They’re not truthful about online orders or when they’ll be ready for pickup. I once ordered breakfast, lunch, and dinner they gave me everything except lunch and replaced it with extra juices without asking. Another time, I placed a cleanse order and showed up to pick it up, but it wasn’t ready. I had to leave town the next day, so instead of giving me the variety I ordered, they handed me three bottles of the same flavors. Now today, I scheduled a delivery and instead of telling me they were closed, they just didn’t deliver and I leave town tomorrow. I even paid $10 for delivery. The next time I finally get my order will definitely be the last time they get a dime from me. Nobody answers the phone or responds to texts. Oh yea and when you speak to someone in person about their terrible service all of a sudden me no speak no English

Update : April 26th !! The company pretty much stole money from me and never delivered my juices! I made a report with the federal bureau. Still no messages , phone calls , stores closed in Teaneck and completely shut down...

Let me start off by saying how much I absolutely love F4L juices. I tried many juices and there is nothing comparable on the market. The juices taste just right. No tart after taste. No stinky smell. I purchased the juices with the primary purpose of losing weight. The juices did so much more. My first juice cleanse I noticed how fast my skin cleared up and had a glow to it.
