Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tecumseh

Me and my family came to this restaurant on Monday October 14th 2024 around 6:40pm. We’re getting out of the truck and unloading our 2m old baby and 8yr old son and this older lady and younger man start walking up from this table down far away from the restaurant to then tell us she is not taking anymore dine in customers because she is the only waitress. Mind you we have came here two other times and she’s always the only waitress and they’re never busy here!!! The last time we were here she starred at me like the whole time I was sitting giving me ugly looks for no reason. I never talked to her or anything so no clue why she had an attitude, not my fault she works there and hates her job that much. Long story short my boyfriend goes in to tell them we drove 20 minutes to come eat here and then she wants to say “oh we will let you eat and give you a discount” Yeah too late for that and last I checked you can’t just tell customers to leave when you don’t even run the place!! I’ve sent in a complaint and I will say never in my life have I seen such bad customer service here!! The employees are lazy and don’t even acknowledge you when you say hello to them! I’m not one to ever leave a review but this lady working here needs to find another job that doesn’t involve having to be around people since she is so rude!! Never will I go back here, we left and took our business to mazzios down the road and it was so good and customer service was amazing!! The food here is trash anyways. We order here quite a bit just because it's close and our kids like it and it's easy well tonight after my son's football game I called in a take out order for just 2 large pizzas and when I came to the drive through the lady asked if I was paying cash or card. When I said card she said "there's a line at the bottom for a tip..." and even pointed to it but without thinking about it I said I can tip in cash. Then when she went to run my card I though about it... why is she telling me that when I came to get my own order.... so she came to the window and I asked her how much she makes hourly and she told me 10$. I gave her the tip anyway but it's really crazy she's asking people to tip her considering I'm a waitress making 2.13$ an hour and would NEVER in a million years ask one of my customers if they were going to tip me or not. Especially if I made 10$ an hour and didn't do literally anything other than my HOURLY JOB. I used my own gas to go get my own food. I don't tip at mcdonalds... so I don't understand why she expected me to...

I just ordered 6 pizza delivery & two of them were cheese. They brought me 6 pizza with 2 sausage. I tipped the delivery person $6. They left and all my kids & their friends had no cheese pizza. I called them back and They told me they were bringing 2 cheese because they made a mistake. 40 min later they came with two pizza and told me I had to give the two sausage back or they won't leave the cheese. I have a bunch of toddler's and They ate the sausages. I ended up with no cheese pizza..althought they are the one who sent two sausage by mistake. We're they going to give the two old sausage pizza to someone else? Why would you not give me my two cheese pizza when you're the one who dropped the sausage one by mistake??
