4 Seasons Cafe — Restaurant in Tehachapi

Service has been decent up to this point. However, that has clearly changed. Went in for lunch yesterday. Was greeted by staff, who was helping another customer. I was told she would be right with me. After she finished with the customer ahead of me she greeted me and asked me what I wanted to order. While I was answering, the phone rang and the lady serving me took the call. She then asked what I wanted to order. Or so I thought, she was actually talking the customer on the phone and was taking their order before mine. Clearly the staff here have no idea what, serving customers in the order they are received, means. Needless to say I walked out without ordering. If I see the same woman working again I will not return to...

The lady on the phone was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even go to the restaurant to pick up the food. The spicy chicken sandwich isn’t actually spicy— they just add spicy mayo which is cheaping out in my opinion. I have no idea why this place has such good reviews when they’re so rude for literally no reason. They’re also the type of restaurant that won’t accommodate to the way you want your meal and almost berate you for it, which is a no go for picky eaters like me. Picky eaters find the right restaurant and stick to it and are loyal to it. We loved the food. It was great. Lots of flavor. The customer service was great. We sat outside it was beautiful. The only things negative was my son said he wished the pork ban mhi had a little more pork not enough for that big roll but it taste great and loved that they toasted the bun. The lemongrass ban mhi I couldn't taste the lemongrass but it was great. The waffle fries were amazing they dipped then in a panko breading. I never heard that done before and it wad awesome. The summer rolls had so much flavor. My mom loved her meal which it's hard to please her at her age. My hubby and daughter loved their spicy chicken sandwhich just not as spicy as they expected.
