Great Food and Cozy Atmosphere at One Fine Day Café

On my way to Vegas, I felt tired and hungry when I reached Tehachapi. So I got off Highway 58 and turned into downtown, looking for a place to grab a cup of coffee and a light sandwich. A quick search on Yelp led me to One Fine Day.

The young man working there seemed a bit overwhelmed but was very friendly and welcoming. I asked for a latte, and while he was making it, I checked the menu and decided on an avocado sandwich.

The young man delivered my latte and ensured it was how I wanted it. When it arrived, the sandwich was perfectly delicious! I enjoyed every bite of the sandwich and took my time drinking the latte, relaxing a bit before getting back on the road.

One Fine Day is a very cozy and relaxing café, and the food is delicious. The service, at least when I was there, was great, and I enjoyed my visit very much. I will definitely stop by there next time I am driving through!

I expected a typical Coffee shop But to my surprise common is the the word to describe it The staff was very polite and attentive! The manager was so accommodating with my friends and I. The Latte he made specifically for me transported me to my hometown where coffee is grown and picked for export, He even put brown sugar on the side for me He sure knows about how cuban coffee is served I loved the humble chef in the back making this (picture )pesto chicken panini sandwich and let me tell you guys the fruit bowls are delicious from the freshness of the fruit to the contrast of the texture and flavors Simple but well made. The Drinks they offer are top notch. So my recommendation is come have a cup of coffee with Dubai inspired brownies or what ever you decide and taste from the delicious menu. This is the third time an order of two drinks... took a total of average about 40 minutes (today, 10 minutes just to order, and 29 minutes to pick them up.) I mean their drinks are very very flavorful and tasty so I am willing to be patient and wait 20 minutes or so. But 40 minutes? I am sure it's because they're super slammed because they have awesome food and drinks. I don't want to be that one sour puss reviewer of this place either. I just wanted to let them know the service time could definitely use some improvement. Please please figure out a way to make drinks faster for take-out people. I want to come grab a drink all the time, not just when I'm ready kill an entire hour...
