I love Chipotle. The customer service I got here was amazing. The front of house was on point. The girl on line was stressed, tryna get her job done, but she gave everyone time and space to speak which was refreshing. She tried to connect in some way with every guest she encountered. I saw how she handled those in line before as well as how she treated me. Awesome work.
The cashier was just as great. Making sure I get outta there ASAP. Thank you two for making my experience there good.
The atmosphere wasn't the best. The BREEDER in line before has five or six orders. Her two younger kids decided to sit right by the line and be obnoxious. She didn't really care- she's used to kids at that point. Herself and the two young women she was with, kept giving me weird looks and talked about me. They were saying something about giving me anxiety or making me cry. Either way, they were not at all pleasant to be around. It made my 20 minute wait absolutely unbearable and it took everything in me to not say something to any five of them.
When it was my time to order, I was going to get sofritas but there was only the crusty stuff at the bottom left ☠️ lol no thanks. But that was when the line worker took a chance to give excellent customer service by talking to me about me being vegan and how she too is vegan and loves the sofritas.
I didn't hear what was being said with the gentleman before the Breeder order but the line worker was making a connection with him as well.
I went ahead and got the veggie bowl. But then they were out of guacamole too! I wanted to ask for a small bag of chips or a free drink or something as compensation but I ultimately just wanted to get away from that Breeder and her wild children as soon as possible.
Now, mind you, I literally was there within the last half hour or so of them being open. I completely understand being out of food at that point. My understanding is even more developed since I took worked at Chipotle on the line as a closer, so I truly...
Read more2nd time I've been here since it opened. First time about a month after opening the place looked like a bus full of people had just left. Every table was a mess and trash all over the floor. Filthy looking behind the counter. Fast forward a couple of years I decided to give it another shot. The smoked brisket commercials looked pretty good. Order ahead online. Got a message my order was ready to pick up. Walk in, the place looked just like the last time I was there. No sign of my order. One employee behind the counter filling orders. The other in the lobby bsing with a customer. Waited 15 minutes still see no sign of my order. Get in line and wait until my turn. I show the guy my order he goes looking for it as the bsing employee finally mosys back behind the counter and holds a bag up and calls my name. Might have been nice had she stopped bsing long enough to do her job. Maybe sweep the floors, wipe down some tables. Not sure how this place stays open...
Read moreWe arrived on July 4th about 20 minutes before closing with a party of 10. As we walked in, the person on the line exchanged a look with the cook that clearly said OMG. They were in the middle of cleaning and obviously eager to leave but we all saw the looks and immediately felt unwelcome.
There was still food in the containers and a couple ahead of us being served, but the staff’s attitude completely ruined our sense of comfort. We decided to leave.
Your posted hours say you are open until 3 PM. As someone who has owned restaurants, I have always told my staff that every customer should receive the same warm and professional experience whether they arrive at opening or one minute before closing. If my staff had behaved this way, I would have...
