Read moreTwo in a row. I agree with Tim. I got the rudeness as well. I can't say I was exactly friendly. My last review was 700 miles ago in 24 hours. WiFi kind of off. Well Fargo ATM == over there. It just sort of scares me when they're cold. I live for Starbucks friendliness. It gives me hope. I will ooze friendliness at my next Starbucks. But the one downtown in my town sort of sucks as well. Damn it. What's happening. One step closer to Zombie apocalypse. Illuminati you're winning. I took away a star because I had to argue about a pour over and then got lied to. Ugh. ....here again. They’re friendlier, but this town is so conservative and blah. The people pierce your soul with their eyes. There are missing chairs!!!? Standing room only people. They could fit another few tables and unearth the missing chairs!! How is this possible? Barely any outlets. I am willing to wait for Sumatra again so hopefully won’t get forgotten. Cashier helped me fix card problems. Everyone is moving so fast on the other side of this mountain with nothing to do. I imagine they’re transplants from the south. Love the memorial to Chavez and the twirly train circle. Find and explore the side excursion nearby. It’s free and worth it. Cranky old ladies, resident guy in corner and students deep in the important stuff of their 20s. I Promise not to tell them it’s all a viscous lie to get them to run in circles. Added a star in because whipped cream with chocolate...
Order used to always be right and everyone used to be sooooo personable and friendly. I looked forward to the drive through conversations with the baristas. Unfortunately something has changed. Not sure what but they are definitely slammed with the busy crowds and unfortunately the orders are wrong and even with a mobile order expect triple the estimated time. Also they are so busy that they have too much going on and orders get left on the counter off to the side and just sit and you are not notified it’s ready and when you ask them you feel like you are bothering them. It’s very tough because my heart goes out to them for how slammed they get but the mobile order process is a hot mess always in recent months. Honestly another Starbucks in town is much needed. I hope this chain sees the need for another full size store not just the one person Starbucks in the grocery store. It would help with the delays and order screw ups. I gave them a one star review hoping the powers that be are alerted to the poor service that is due to the overwhelmingly busy store and the need for a second full size store...
Read moreI ordered a capachinno coffee but asked for it to be sweet. They gave me a hazelnut gross capachinno that tasted like bland cheap reused home coffee brew and gross. I called the manager Cassandra from my vehicle, and to come in to replace the drink I “would not drink” and have them throw it away and replace it with something sweeter. The employees looked at me like I was trash when I walked in to exchange my full hazelnut capachinno coffee. The employee who rung my order, didn’t inform me on the 50€ extra for hazelnut until after I’d purchased my capachinno and asked about the 50€ extra. It was $4.00 for this drink that they can’t happen to make sweet. When they replaced my mocha that still tastes bland it was done with stares of disgust that I would dare to complain and bring back their gross coffee. I’ve been to many Starbucks and if I ask for sweet it’s actually got sugar, and if I want good coffee, the coffee tastes like gold. Not this. This is not a...
