Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Temecula

I’m not one to leave reviews or complain, but the experience I had here was shockingly poor. After a long day of traveling, I came to this Jack-in-the-Box to order food before going back to my hotel for the night. Once I got to the hotel, I checked my food and it was completely different from what I had told the guy in the drive-through. I even checked the screen when I was ordering, and my order was correct on the screen! Having no food to eat at the hotel, I called this location back and told them that they gave me the wrong order. I was willing to drive back to show them that they gave me the wrong order so that it could be corrected. The man who picked up the phone was extremely rude, and told me that he heard some thing different when I initially placed my order. I then asked him if I could just bring the food back to show him that it was the wrong order, and he told me that I would need a receipt to do that. He did not give me a receipt, just handed my card back and rushed me out of the line. I asked if my order would be in the system since I was just there about 20 minutes ago, and he said no it would only be on the receipt. He was adamant that my order could not be fixed unless I had the receipt, which he never gave me to begin with. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and it would’ve been a very simple fix on his end. Avoid this...

Well.. bummer. The worst part of this review is that this is a local location for me. Very close to home and has opportunity to be a regular stop.

However, it will not make it to my list of places to return to dine.

Very dirty. Everywhere. From tables to floor, window seals to the ordering counter. Food, trash, and dirt/dust buildup.

We moved away from the window seat because it was nasty. The picture doesn't do the floor justice.. trash and food under almost every table. Part of the floor by the back trash can was sticky.

My disappointment is only heightened by the fact we had to wait to order because 2 employees were in the dining room, cleaning... or at least I thought they were cleaning.. I guess not...

This review reflects the evening shift, as we entered at 5:20pm. By the time we left, I knew this review was not going to be a good one. Management here needs improvement. I'll never blame the staff on one like this simply because I FIRMLY believe in lead by example and teach what you know. Direct reflection on management says they are unaware the dining room is filthy, and not leading by example.

Since it is a local location, I'll check back in a month or so. Hopefully by then something...

Go to another one, don’t do this Jack. I went last night and the girl was just rude and unpleasant. I don’t expect excellent service but at least be nice, if you don’t want to work then don’t period. I ordered my food and then when I got to the window I asked for a cup of water and she gave me a look like “really” and gave me my cup not saying one word. Right before she gave us our food I asked if she could give me buttermilk, taco sauce, and ketchup. She heard me yet proceeded to hand me my food and as she was closing the window I asked again and she looked at me and shut the window. I know she heard me, I waited for a second and she never came back to the window. I didn’t get me ketchup or taco sauce just buttermilk. It just upsets me how she didn’t have any manners. To add on to the situation my food was not good …my all fries were old and stale. I felt uncomfortable returning and saying something because of that girl. I didn’t even eat my fries of how nasty they were, I’m paying for a service the least I could get is...
