Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Temecula

Order from Pizza hut often. I have to call to order because their site is not updated with addresses for lennar homes of rancho Bella Vista (been here almost 3 yrs) ( literally located on next major street over). I can't get delivery via online purchase. Recently on 2 occasions was told I could t get delivery at my address. I always call and have no issues but these last couple calls was so irritating. A girl with a thick accent answered the phone and verified my number and address. She told me that I couldn't get delivery so I asked to speak to the manager and she sent me to a line that did not work. I called back and spoke to someone who verified that I could get delivery and he stated that he didn't know who I spoke with esrlier but they were wrong. Second time was the same thing. Pizza hut get it together. Call corporate to update your system. As a consumer I was unsuccessful in achieving satisfactory customer service. Very irritating.

This location has the worst customer service i've ever seen. My boyfriend and i placed our order at 5pm for a pick up of 630. We showed up around 6:25 expecting to wait a max of 10 mins. I spent 45 minutes of my night in this store. The manager on duty didn't acknowledge us at the door, let multiple other people in front of us, touched money while cashing out customers then went straight back to cooking WITH OUT washing his hands. On top of that there were 2 employees with very long dirty looking hair and no hair nets. The manager yelled at one of his employees in front of the full lobby of customers. He blamed the scheduling on the bosses instead of taking charge as a manager should. He refused to answer the phone as it was ringing the entire 45 minutes i was in there. I had to correct them on my food that was provided. I watched 2 separate customers walk out on their food and a 3rd question hers as well. I placed an order online and was told pick up was 10 to 15 minutes. I arrived at the store after 15 minutes. I went inside to find an employee on the phone who looked at me and just continued talking on the phone! No greeting, no nothing! After waiting over 5 minutes I asked him if anyone else was working he didn't answer me he just waved at me and continued talking on the phone! A driver walked in and I asked him if he would help me and get my pizza. He was friendly enough and said yes. He goes around the corner and my pizza wasn't even started. The snot nose little kid on the phone then proceeded to the back without apologizing to me for waiting! The driver then told me the kid on the phone was the only person there and he was responsible for making the pizza! Really, the business should not be open if there are only 2 employees. I asked for a refund because I didn't want to waste another 15 minutes waiting for the pizza! That kid on the phone should be fired, and the place is filthy I won't order from...
