Not A GOOD Place To go, bad service and food, also very filthy. The Asian male that took my order was in a bad mood, not just with me but the other customers. I asked for fried shrimp and I pointed to the breaded shrimp. Yet, he still gave me the steamed shrimp. I asked if the shrimp he gave me was fried, he ignored me and gave the box to the cashier. The cashier was polite and friendly, he was the only none Asian male there. I told the cashier I didn't want the shrimp they gave me, it is not what I requested. The cashier told the server to change it for a different item, and the Asian guy went crazy angry. Plus, once I got my food, the food was horrible. It had been sitting there for a while. It was hard chicken, plus if you see the right side of the kitchen where you pay, it is filthy. With Ramen EVERYWHERE, flooded with water and burnt pieces of food. I was at the Temecula Mall and this Japanese food place was giving put samples. It was the chicken teriyaki. It tasted amazing.... I walked down the row to check out the rest of my options🤔.... I walked straight back to Suki Hana and ordered the Teriyaki Chicken with white rice and vegetables for $11.99. I sat down because I couldn't wait to try it. OMG this was the most fresh, tender, flavourful chicken!!!! The rice was perfectly cooked.... vegetables fresh... and the staff member cooks the chicken in front of you...!!😱 I will definitely come back again.... I just wanted to know do you have extra teriyaki sauce on the side?.. Everyone come check this food out...better...
