The owners of all BK’s Today really Really need to open their eyes or the whole buisness is out of buisness soon im almost sure and that’s sad bc this place has been a lot better for a long time and they need a huge change right now or they’re buisness is dead. In over a year I haven’t received a single sweet and sour sauce, they seem especially lazy here with old food so either they’re selfish kids saving them for themselves or trying to give out other sauces instead or at the very least they clearly aren’t ordering enough sweet and sour sauces that they’re out in a day.. in reality non of those is bc of a good employee or restaurant it’s bc of lazy rich Tempe kids that only have jobs bc their parents only give them 100k+ a year for college if the agree to get a job or they hate their job bc nobody else working there give a crap so any decent employee probably gets a bad name too which is especially unfortunate and I feel especially for those few employees that probably do work there.. but this place always makes too much food ahead and just lets it sit under heat lamps for hours to get old and gross (probably so they get less buisness instead of more) but the burger kind in mesa I used to go to in Mesa had such better food and actually that’s really sad bc I’m worried that Burger King is almost out of buisness bc they’re food has got so bad that I haven’t found a single BK in 30 miles that has less than a bad rating in the low 3’s out of 1-5 or even worse.. it’s sad bc I don’t know what could happen to a place like this that even the owners don’t care enough to have under cover people get real reviews and they fire almost whole stores of bad employees usually and make sure that they only let people who at least try their best to work there.. these BK owners really need to do something or they’re going to go out of buisness soon and I haven’t seen even a single real decent review other than the restaurant looks clean or new if they renovated and that’s...
Read moreNot only did this location tell me after sitting in the drive through that I could not use the mobile order using the drive thru and I would have to come inside, even though it was clearly a drive through order because I have a knee injury.
As soon as I had to come inside I tried to cancel my order however there is no way for me to cancel the order in the app!
After coming inside, to the pleasure of getting to wait in line again... little did I know that the wait was just beginning!
After getting my order in with the cashier I then had to wait about 20 minutes standing in the store on my bad knee only to then be told that my order it cleared off the screen after 10 minutes and by the time I finally got my food probably about 25 minutes after giving the in person mobile code to the cashier to then received a bag of cold pathetic looking food.
On top of all that the rest of the food I was picking up that had been ordered at the same time as this order has been ready for over 30 minutes now as I was planning to do a drive-thru to pick this order up and that is really ruin the meal for everyone involved.
This is by far been the worst BK experience I've ever had I probably will not come back to a Burger King anymore.
Worst of all as I feel bad for the poor people working there trying to figure all this out. This location was clearly under New Management who are struggling greatly and if you guys are not able to handle the orders that you let people place then you should not be placing these orders. Other locations close at 9pm be, probably because that are understaffed and don't want to get overwhelmed 🤷
This is an embarrassment, now paid for some awful food that has also ruined the other food ordered from other restaurants for people to eat and now I will be telling everyone I know about my experience...
Read moreDude f this Burger King they completely screwed me over. On Friday March 29th my car battery died at the light in front of the Burger King. My friends and I pushed it into the parking lot. I went inside and told them my car broke down and asked if I could leave it overnight and if they could please not tow it. I was on my way to work and couldn't wait for a tow truck that day. I told them I'd be back the next day with a friend to help me jump it and be on my way. They assured me they wouldn't tow it and that all was good and that they would inform the morning staff. I even left a note on my car saying I'd be back tomorrow. I come in the next day Saturday March 30th ready to get my car back and it was gone. Confused I walked into the Burger King and asked what happened. They had me wait for a bit and told me they called their GM and they said that nobody called it in to get towed. So I'm freaking out because I think it has gotten stolen. I go home and call the cops to make a missing car report and they told me it was towed. So I call the tow company and they said the day manager that day (March 30th) called it in as an 'abandoned vehicle' I'm livid! The tow company was closed all weekend so I have been without a car for 3 days and i have multiple jobs so I've had to pay about $50 in Ubers for the weekend. Now I'm facing a $300 tow fee which is absolutely ridiculous. Then I called the Burger King employees on that same day because I was very upset and they took down my number assuring someone would reach out to me and I haven't heard since. All I'm saying is don't make promises you won't keep and just screw someone over like that! I feel very disrespected especially since nobody has reached out to make...
