Yesterday, I was in there and ordered a sandwich with no peppers on it, not only did I get peppers on the sandwich I also got mushrooms which isn’t even so post to be on the sandwich, which I cannot have. I got charged for a medium sandwich when I asked for small twice. The manager was rude and gave me and my mom an attitude, I was disappointed on how poorly we got treated by a team leader, refused to give us her name didn’t apologize for anything and that’s now how you treat a costumer? I work in fast food, so I know how I should have been treated she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or any thing I felt like I was an inconvenience for her and a costumer should not feel that way she put her hand up and rolled her eyes at my mom when she was talking to her my mom was not raising her voice or yelling, We weren’t even upset because of what happened with the food we understand mistakes happen but the way my mom and I got treated from this manager I don’t think I will be going back because that’s not how anyone should be treated. Maria was very rude, the young man who was working as the cashier was very nice and polite he should be manager because he was kind and actually apologize for the inconvenience. Read moreWent in at 2 pm on Saturday afternoon. There was no line. I walked up and ordered right away. 14 minutes later I am served my order that was incomplete. I get to my table and realize that there is something missing. I go back and tell the woman who presented herself as the manager. I told her what happened and told her the crew in back was terrible. She then explained how they werent terrible and gave me some excuse about orders being backed up and a crew change, which is clearly a lie. Nobody was in line to have orders backed up on, but while I was standing there the "manager" was telling the crew in the back about how unsat they looked and how their hair was all messed up. This same manager admitted to putting the utensils for the chili but didnt stop to check her unsat crew to make sure things were made and served properly. Read moreI normally don’t leave a review unless I absolutely love a place, but when my mom and I went to the Firehouse Subs in the Arizona Mills food court it was horrible. We not only had to wait in line to order for over 15 minutes with only one person ahead of us, but they got our order wrong. When I went back to ask for another as my mom can’t eat some of the stuff we asked them to hold, the chef in the back made a face and was complaining loud enough for me to hear. After having to wait for another 20 minutes or more I finally got a replacement. This they also got wrong, but by this point I was fed up and didn’t want to go back and deal with that ridiculousness of the worker.
