Will not honor warrantyI've purchased numerous shoes here, and used to love the store. However I had some shoes that I purchased here last year that started to tear up on the top of the shoe. Nike offers a two-year warranty against material and workmanship defects. The ride manager "Nick" told me the shoes looked used and wouldn't honor the warranty even though the manufactured date was within two years. He said he had no way to verify that the shoes are tearing on their own. After he insulted me insinuating I tore the shoes myself, he said shoes are not meant to last forever. I obviously told him I understood that but Nike offers a two-year warranty. Shoes regardless of amount of walking should last at least two years without them starting to break or fall apart,(according to Nike's warranty). He then just kept repeating they will not be helping me out. This is completely rude and unacceptable especially as the shoes were within the two-year warranty period. It's pathetic that the manager doesn't understand...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA classic islamaphobic example happened on June 11th 2023 at around 12ish, a dark hair, medium height sales girl with a pony tail; lied to us when I asked her about a different size shoe for my son. After waiting for 10 mins or so, she simply said that they do not have the size (she did not even check). She didn't care that my 6 year-old boy had tears in his eyes after hearing this reply from that rude sales girl. She was smiling and talking to all customers except us, because I had a head scarf on and I identify as a Muslim. I told my daughter, who was not wearing a head scarf, to try with a different sales person and that I am going out of the store....moments later my suspicions were confirmed. Yes! the store indeed had the size. Finally, my son happily got the size in a jiffy and they bought the same shoe I had asked about earlier. So thanx to that Islamaphobic sales girl who mistreated us, I was sadly right. May Allah show her the right path. Nike should train the employees more professionally....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Nike clearance store used to be a very cool place where you could find amazing products like rare Air Jordan's, for amazing prices. But ever since the change in management, the managers here like to help out one specific reseller to get all these cool products, a middle aged man named Jason who visits the store around 5 times a day. Every morning Jason is first in line for the store to open, and every morning he knows exactly which aisle of the clearance store to go to, to find the premium products. Clearly someone on the management team is helping him. Not only this but he knows what times to visit the store throughout the day to get the premium products. It's quite unfortunate for the other Nike lovers who want to have a chance at finding these cool products when this dude comes and swoops up all the heat, every single day. His online ebay shoes shows all the stuff he gets from employees that never even hits the floor. Such a...
