Dont Ever Come To This Jewelry Store, i bought a bracelet and in 2 days it broke i took it back to get it fix they said 2-3 day they told me they will gimme a call never got a call so i went back in person he told me he will exchange for a different bracelet so i down graded for a sliver bracelet i took it back to get resized and again he said he will give me a call in 2/3 business days so i waited and i called the store he said he was gonna call his manager and give me a call back and never did so today i went in to the store for a refund which he denied and denied and then tell me the bracelet was fix and i told him all of sudden the bracelet fix when i had to come in cause they blocked my number. I rarely write negative reviews but what I experienced others need to know. I purchased a gold ID bracelet last week and thought I got an amazing deal because I free engraving was included. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to leave the engraving information since the mall was closing but the salesperson confirmed I could come in the following week to get my free engraving.
